I contacted 3 different companies starting with the company who installed my original Boiler and had been servicing it for the past 15 years. “I've been using D & M since I bought my house 2 1/2 years ago. Tim's been coming out biannually for routine maintenance/cleaning of my furnace and A/C and has been consistently professional, prompt, and friendly. I very much appreciate the advice he offers (some of it's even regular home advice...things I didn't know, since this is my first home. He doesn't have to tell me these things, but he goes above and beyond) and his thorough explanations, since he has to break it down for me. I also appreciated last year's forewarning about my most likely needing a new furnace this year, so it didn't come as an unforseen expense. The guys just left a bit ago from installing it today, and they were also very professional and courteous. And last, but not least, the ladies in the the office are always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. That said, I highly recommend D & M.

Update (7/10/26): It wouldn't allow me to leave a new review, so I'm adding to this one, years later. I'm still with D &M, receiving the same, consistent service. My A/C was no longer blowing cold air, so I called this a.m. to see if anyone could come out. I was given the 12:30-4:30 time slot, but possibly earlier. I was fully prepared to need a new unit, but Tim got here, found that it was just the capacitor, and had it replaced just before noon. I've always appreciated their timeliness, professionalism, and HONESTY. Thanks, Tim amd D & M!“

Gross had come out twice and serviced the unit to keep her running over the last decade, but I knew all good things must come to an end eventually. I purchased a 2 ton Carrier unit and Daniel, an awesome HVAC guy, was able to install it that same week! He even had to deal with a crazy dog and handled it all like a pro. He paid attention to the small details and taught me how to hose the unit down to clean it. (I was never quite sure how to do this the correct way.) I can't thank Gross and Daniel enough!“
