Burkhardt was so friendly and so easy to work with from start to finish when our furnace suddenly stopped working. They were easy to get ahold of on the emergency number and on their regular office number, they scheduled everything so quickly & showed up very promptly for each appointment we had. We worked with Jake on the emergency line & initial visit, Horst in sales and then Connor & Brett for install and all of them were friendly, professional & made the whole process straightforward and easy. Highly recommend this company!
The whole team at Burkhardt was great to work with, from Ricardo the weekend emergency service tech, to the sales team, and the furnace installers Troy and Andy. We had our furnace die on Black Friday night, and had a new furnace installed and running on Tuesday. Would definitely recommend and will use Burkhardt again when needed for our water heater and AC.
Sher was exceptionally thorough and professional. He took his time cleaning the furnace and inspection and made recommendations that we will definitely consider. He is a great representative of what a Service Technician should be….pleasant, professional, not rushed and made recommendations with no pressure after he took the time to explain his reasoning behind the recommendations.We will definitely request his services again!!!
