Shawn went above and beyond when issue with AC not working. Very professional and polite and explaining all issues. He even stopped in on his way home from work instead of waiting for the next day as scheduled. Very impressed and would recommend this company! Carl was out last week (8/2026) to perform our furnace seasonal check. He arrived earlier then expected (bonus), completed the work in a timely manner and reviewed all info easily at the end of service. Would def recommend him to anyone as he was also super pleasant too!

Working with Burkhardt Heating and Cooling to replace our furnace and air conditioner was a pleasant experience. Horst our salesman showed us different options and price points and explained clearly the differences in products and features. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. The installation tech’s Troy and Andy were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The install was quick and problem free. They left things cleaner after they were done then before they started. I am very pleased with the entire process.
