Vanessa was absolutely amazing! Very nice, Thorough, and Intelligent. She asked all the right questions and listened to my answers. I had such a good experience. I don’t think I’ve ever really had too much of a bad experience with this company… Maybe once, but that was a long time ago…and it was resolved. We’ve been with them for over 10 years…. And so far all have been very efficient and very good at their job.

Robert was awesome. Very professional and clearly knew what he was doing and he took some time to answer my questions about my electrical hookup even though it didn't pertain to the project he was working on. Robert gets 5 stars. I'm giving 4 stars in this review because I think your prices are too high. I paid over $1500 for an outlet and beaker installation. I'd rather just pay Robert directly and I'm confident he'd get paid more and I'd get a better price.
My Comfort Advisor James O. was very thorough in explaining my options for furnace replacement of my 29-year-old unit. He was honest and told me one that I may want to steer clear of at this time and the reason. His company is well-known in the area and was recommended to me by my brother who was very happy with his experience with them years ago. They also work with a finance company that offers 12 months same as cash, which is very helpful.
I was pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment to have my new furnace INSTALLED on the Monday after my 1st appointment with my Comfort Advisor on the Friday prior.
