Noah was friendly yet professional. He answered all of my questions and offered patient explanations. He was quick to recommend other services by his company but was not pushy about up-selling. I'd recommend West Allis Heating, Cooling... to others based on Noah's services.
Vanessa was amazing. I am meant that I have learned helplessness when it comes to maintaining the mechanicals in my house. Vanessa eloquently explained the right amount of information for me to understand basic maintenance and parts and pieces of my furnace. No question was too big or too small. After using another companies, I can say I will be a loyal customer because of her time expertise and caring to make sure our family was all set for the winter. Thank you.
Good was great. He advocated for me, fixed a recurring problem on a new install that has been extremely frustrating, and saved me a lot of money. I wish he would have been dispatched 10 months ago.
