“On the night of MLK Day - and the Miami v. Indiana college football game - my boiler went belly up. I tried to grit it out with my fireplace & 1 space heater, but the temperature in my house just kept dropping. I ended up calling Dave Perry's emergency number and got Andrew. He was at my house within 40 minutes. He went straight to work, determined the issue, drove to their office to see if they had the part. They did not, so he brought back 4 space heaters to get us through the night. The next day, Andrew and Dane worked off/on until 6 PM, to make sure my heat was functioning properly. Which it has been ever since. We were at below-zero temps when my boiler malfunctioned, but these guys just jumped in and got the job done! “Can't say enough good things about Gregg Heating and owner Kyle. Replaced my furnace back in November. Excellent workmanship. Now my old AC unit didn't start up. Called Gregg Heating. Kyle showed up the next day and found a mouse nest. He cleaned out the unit and did some rewiring to get it going. Also let me sign up for their awesome maintenance plan for $280 and counted this visit as the AC inspection. No additional fees. Integrity is a dwindling characteristic these days. “I used Custom Home Heating & Air for a few years as a homeowner. They handled yearly maintenance for my A/C, Furnace, and air handler. They were always prompt, showed up when they said they would, and answered all my questions. The guy who came out most of the time struck up a friendship with one of my cats. Never had any real problems and was always happy with the service. When there were issues, they listened to me respectfully, handled the situation correctly without me having to even ask, and were prompt about resolution. We had Travis and Deon in for duct cleaning, being an older home and never having it done before. They had some dust come through where the vent cover didn't meet the wall snuggly, they went through with a shop vac got the extra dust up. They all did a great job were friendly helpful and I'm glad I signed up with them

We had Jacob in to replace our air conditioner. He explained things great, was patient with our grandpuppy who was overly protective of us, she just kept barking and we had to go to other rooms so I could hear. They cleaned up everything leaving the basement and yard the way it was when they came. Polite and respectful.“
