They offer service calls once a year to check on the health of your furnace and we have been very grateful for this help. Since they have been servicing our furnace us we have not had any break downs and we have had great efficiencies. We had a clog in our air conditioning unit and a part that need replacing. They came out fast and were quick to get us up and running. Highly recommend them.“

He answered all the questions we had even made effort to find out our unit serial number which missed for some reason, it will be easier for the future needs. “I used Custom Home Heating & Air for a few years as a homeowner. They handled yearly maintenance for my A/C, Furnace, and air handler. They were always prompt, showed up when they said they would, and answered all my questions. The guy who came out most of the time struck up a friendship with one of my cats. “Can't say enough good things about Gregg Heating and owner Kyle. Replaced my furnace back in November. Excellent workmanship. Now my old AC unit didn't start up. Called Gregg Heating. Kyle showed up the next day and found a mouse nest. He cleaned out the unit and did some rewiring to get it going. Also let me sign up for their awesome maintenance plan for $280 and counted this visit as the AC inspection. No additional fees. Integrity is a dwindling characteristic these days. Kyle and Gregg Heating are honest, fair and full of Integrity. Highly recommend!“
