My 1970s A/C unit finally gave out after 50 years of faithful service! Gross had come out twice and serviced the unit to keep her running over the last decade, but I knew all good things must come to an end eventually. I purchased a 2 ton Carrier unit and Daniel, an awesome HVAC guy, was able to install it that same week! He even had to deal with a crazy dog and handled it all like a pro. He paid attention to the small details and taught me how to hose the unit down to clean it. (I was never quite sure how to do this the correct way.) I can't thank Gross and Daniel enough!
