We had some issues with an air conditioner that we had installed last September. The technicians came to our house about 6 times to try and fix the issues. All of their technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the issues continued. Yesterday, to our surprise, the unit was replaced. No more issues, its so quiet and efficient.
