Starting with the estimator Brian, office staff Malinda were both super to work with. The installation team (Pat, Josh and Sid) sent to my house to install the a new air handler and a/c unit was top notch. The guys were not only courteous, they were careful and cleaned up! The care and quality of installation was superior with a lot of it in the hot attic in summer months…never complained and kept smiling! I would recommend Nimmer Heating to anyone looking for new equipment or service (I use them for service and maintenance as well).
Joe was fantastic! He explained the issue with my air conditioning system and what needed to be fixed. He and Chris were professional and friendly. They were confident in their work and well versed in the equipment they worked on. The company communicated well and was timely as well as responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The technicians Natalie and Chris are also fantastic. Natalie especially gives really clear explanations and is super nice!
