“I used Custom Home Heating & Air for a few years as a homeowner. They handled yearly maintenance for my A/C, Furnace, and air handler. They were always prompt, showed up when they said they would, and answered all my questions. The guy who came out most of the time struck up a friendship with one of my cats. Never had any real problems and was always happy with the service. When there were issues, they listened to me respectfully, handled the situation correctly without me having to even ask, and were prompt about resolution. I only stopped using them because I sold my house & moved - but the new owners started a new service contract with them. “Our HVAC was original to the house and of course, our furnace failed on one of the coldest weekends of the year. We knew it was beyond repair……
We were able to speak with Blake Seider and he connected us with John (the estimator) and we were able to order a new furnace (and A/C) by Saturday night. They came to install it first thing Monday morning. The entire process was seamless and I could not be happier…..I highly recommend them!“
