He was encouraging, helpful but not overly suggestive, and motivated us throughout the workout. He shared a new breathing technique that took my workouts to the next level. It was a great 45 minutes to start my day on the right foot with fitness and nutritional encouragement.“

I definitely recommend checking things out yourself, my first massage was discounted and if I wanted to try out a yoga class, I could join my first one free to see if it's something I want to continue - why not? “My daughter had 5 visits over the course of 1.5 weeks with ARP wave therapy and healed a jammed finger in 2 weeks as opposed to 6 without the treatment. This expedites the healing process and gets people back to their usual range of motion in less than 1/2 the time but you MUST consistently go for a full course of treatment.“
