Very clean and floors periodically mopped to prevent falling. Best sauna in town!!!! Friendly and courteous staff. Great location and across from mall and restaurants. Hot tub excellent and always clean. ?????? ??
The equipment is old. The dumbbells are missing their outer rubber coating. They got my pants all dirty. It served a purpose while I was in town on business. I would never pay to be a member here.
The good: it’s spacious and has a little bit of everything you need for a hood workout. Hot sauna. Heavy bags. The bads: old and worn down equipment. Not the cleanest. No soaps or paper towels anywhere. It’ll get the job done just don’t expect a super clean area.
