“Tony has been above and beyond as a trainer and mentor. I came to Tony with your average gym-goer experience who doesn't know much about proper training or diet. Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. Overall, it is very pleasant to have Tony around as a trainer, a friend, and a mentor. I highly recommend Tony.“

“I have been working with Darren for about a year. I have a number of injury issues and he has been really great at identifying areas to work on and make modifications where I need them. I've seen significant improvement overall and can, for the first time in my life, do push-ups! We are now meeting via Zoom which I didn't think would work from me but it's actually been awesome. Highly recommended.“

I was a few months postpartum with my second child when I started to get back into a workout routine and was nervous to begin strength training. “I've been doing private pilates lessons at the Greenlake studio and I am SO impressed! After just 2 sessions my back feels better than ever. My instructor Kristina is very knowledgeable about the body and exercise, gives great cues, and really has a sharp eye for noticing asymmetry or if you're engaging the wrong muscle for the exercise. Feels very safe during COVID as well. Looking forward to more!“

“Training for Olympic weightlifting, I’ve gained so much knowledge about the nuances of improving my lifts. Kalliy is an awesome coach who is encouraging, down-to-earth, and attentive to each rep. DJ is an extremely attuned trainer, with precise cues and a really great understanding of supplemental movements, exercises, and drills to work on different parts of both clean & jerk and snatch techniques. I’ve benefited from the excellent programming, as well as the positive environment and amazing support from all the coaches!“

Highly recommend anything seeking PT to train with Kathy.I started training with Kathy from a friend recommendation back in summer 2023, and it’s been such a great experience! I was never someone who can really stick to a fitness routine and get intimated easily especially in gym. But Kathy’s program and training style made a world of difference. She is energetic, attentive to details, really tweaked the program to fit my strength and weakness. I actually miss her sessions when I’m on vacation, which has NEVER happened before!!“
