Very clean environment, the staff are very welcoming and professional, overall one of the best gyms i’ve been to and the community is also great , would recommend alll the way forsure !
I've been a regular at this gym since last October, (nearly six months now) when my wife and I both signed up for memberships and once-a-week personal trainer sessions. I'm in my mid-seventies, and I hadn't been in a gym since about 2005. The staff here made me feel comfortable and welcome from my first visit on.
Things I like:
* Great personal trainer: Talib is a great coach, always challenging, never pushing too hard, good on form, a good listener, and he has tailored my regimen to suit my goals. I'm improving my strength and health on several fronts at once, and I don't worry about hurting myself.

I love this Gym! Great equipment, clean as a whistle, and the best part: a friendly staff that is always willing to help me achieve my fitness goals. A special shout out to Jo. She showed up on a Sunday morning to meet me to return my fob that I had left behind the previous day. I got to do my workout on my schedule. That is customer service! Thanks ATF!
