I cannot recommend SPT Factoria enough. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and patient. To name a few standouts…Theo helped me debrief my time in between sessions to find out where pain came from and would adjust my sessions on the spot to target those weaknesses. Steve would go out of his way to help me with form adjustments to ensure my physical safety and long term success. Lastly, Sophie at the front desk was always on top of things and ready to answer my questions about appointments or billing. Thank you SPT Factoria!
