“I’ve been coming to Vigor for about a year now and it’s undoubtedly changed my life. After moving to a new city and becoming a mom during COVID, I was longing to find community and get fit! At Vigor, I’ve found both! The coaches and members here are real, whether you need a listening ear, caring heart or someone to talk some sense into you! I love it. And after being consistent for a year, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been-physically and mentally. From the beginning they are invested in your fitness journey, goals and are intentional about making you feel welcome. I can’t say enough great things about this place and highly highly recommend for anyone wanting to change their life and find a solid community who pushes you towards success!“

“Tony has been above and beyond as a trainer and mentor. I came to Tony with your average gym-goer experience who doesn't know much about proper training or diet. Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. Overall, it is very pleasant to have Tony around as a trainer, a friend, and a mentor. I highly recommend Tony.“

“This gym is the best, I've been an LA fitness member (TWICE) and more recently an anytime fitness member. Renew has a smaller amount of people and space, but they use it BETTER than anyone else. They train and teach without limit and are there for the SUCCESS of their clients. It's the stronger together mindset 24/7!“

“ZenRock feels like home. :) It has a warm atmosphere, people, state of the art equipment, and rooms. I've been going there for the last three months (three times a week one-hour sessions) and have only great things to say. They really listen to you and help you achieve whatever goals you want at whatever fitness level you are at (including beginner). My own trainer (Mehdi Ansari) as well as all of the other trainers I witness there are super competent, knowledgeable, fun, and really dedicated to helping you. Mehdi has helped me lose weight, gain strength, confidence. Real results! He also trains my 13 year old son. He makes it so much fun for him too along with actual results. This place is so much better than other fitness places (I've tried big gyms in the past) because of the truly personal focus, fun, and privacy they give you. Highly recommended!!!! :)“

“I have been working with Darren for about a year. I have a number of injury issues and he has been really great at identifying areas to work on and make modifications where I need them. I've seen significant improvement overall and can, for the first time in my life, do push-ups! We are now meeting via Zoom which I didn't think would work from me but it's actually been awesome. Highly recommended.“

I was a few months postpartum with my second child when I started to get back into a workout routine and was nervous to begin strength training. My instructor Kristina is very knowledgeable about the body and exercise, gives great cues, and really has a sharp eye for noticing asymmetry or if you're engaging the wrong muscle for the exercise. “Training for Olympic weightlifting, I’ve gained so much knowledge about the nuances of improving my lifts. Kalliy is an awesome coach who is encouraging, down-to-earth, and attentive to each rep. DJ is an extremely attuned trainer, with precise cues and a really great understanding of supplemental movements, exercises, and drills to work on different parts of both clean & jerk and snatch techniques. I’ve benefited from the excellent programming, as well as the positive environment and amazing support from all the coaches!“

“My daughter had 5 visits over the course of 1.5 weeks with ARP wave therapy and healed a jammed finger in 2 weeks as opposed to 6 without the treatment. This expedites the healing process and gets people back to their usual range of motion in less than 1/2 the time but you MUST consistently go for a full course of treatment.“
