Vigor Ground Fitness and Performance
“This gym has motivated me to truly make the lifestyle changes I have been desiring to make! The atmosphere of the gym is very family and team oriented; everyone holds each other accountable. All the coaches are great but big big shout outs to coach Myron, Colombia, and Kimi!
7/3/2026 Update: I have been going to Vigor for almost a year and it’s been so rewarding! My husband and I locked in for our wedding so we could look and feel our best for our big day. We have stayed consistent and have continued working out after our wedding. It’s been easy to stay consistent with the support of the amazing coaches (and members) at the gym! This has been one of my favorite ways to get in my workouts. Thank you vigor for helping me get on track to a healthy life and making healthier choices!”
Sports Physical Therapy Kirkland
“I struggled for over a year with tendonitis in my elbow. The gang at SPT guided me through tailored exercises. These movements weren't easy, but they strengthened my imbalances and stimulated recovery.
Thanks to everyone, especially Anna and Darren.
P.S. The new building looks great!”
