Switching to F45 from a traditional gym has been a decision I don't regret! The ease of all the workouts being preset make it so that I just have to show up and put in the effort! The coaches at the CD location are all friendly and encouraging; they all do their best to foster that sense of a positive community.

If you're looking for a comfortable and fun place to workout at look no further then F45. I immediately felt right at home and so welcomed after taking my first class here. The coaches really care about your well being and getting to know each and every person. It is worth every penny to work out here with a community that's so amazing!!

I really like the people and coaches at this gym. There is definitely a sense of community — especially at the 6am classes. I’ve only ever done F45 at this location, and I hope all the other locations are this welcoming and supportive. It’s definitely more social here than I’ve experienced at other Seattle gyms.
