7/3/2026 Update: I have been going to Vigor for almost a year and it’s been so rewarding! My husband and I locked in for our wedding so we could look and feel our best for our big day. We have stayed consistent and have continued working out after our wedding. It’s been easy to stay consistent with the support of the amazing coaches (and members) at the gym!
