It’s a great gym located in Columbia city. It’s packed with all sorts of weightlifting, and powerlifting equipment. It has everything you need to stay in shape or compete on the power circuit. If you just wanna stay in shape as your age, this is the gym to do it as the staff Has many years of experience in training adults and first class athletes. They have many cardio machines keep your heart fit
If it wasn’t for Ccfc supporting me in my well being of my mind body and spirit I don’t think a lot of people would be were there at in life thank you Ccfc family , For the strong love and support in understanding and walking withe in my journey in life.
I like that there is more than enough equipment to use and there’s space to find your spot and workout when not using the machines. It’s really clean and the aqua massage is a super YES for me. Staff is friendly and it truly is a no judgement zone.
