We called Taylor at Z Plumberz at the recommendation of our daughter, Alessandra Dearing, when we detected a leak in the drain under a bathroom sink. As a real estate agent, she keeps a contacts list of reliable people who can do all sorts of house-, contracting-, and financing-related services.
Taylor worked us into the schedule the next day—plenty quick enough for a small leak. Plumber Jose Gutierrez showed up right at the scheduled time. Though Jose could not get the sink to leak again, Jose gave us a quote to rebuild the drain assembly if we still wanted to. For the sake of peace of mind, we decided to follow through on the work. He got the parts and finished the job quickly. He was friendly, professional, and competent.
We will keep Z Plumbers in our contacts list for the next time we need a plumber.

Krisha is incredibly kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. She knows exactly what Maximo dislikes — especially kennels — and always makes sure he feels as comfortable as possible. She’s also very informative and takes the time to communicate everything clearly, which I truly appreciate.
I absolutely love the way she cuts my fur son’s hair every single time. While the new price may be a little higher than the previous place,it is 100% worth it for the comfort, care, and attention Maximo receives. Knowing he feels safe and happy with her gives me so much peace of mind.

Lindsey is AMAZING! I had a 120-minute deep tissue massage with cupping, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She really knows how to work out deep, stubborn knots and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. This is an updated review I have gone to kisha a total of 3-4 times now for a massage she is kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional, I sense and feel she has a passion/desire to help those who come to her for help and relaxation when I first came to kisha I was in the worst condition I have ever been in and did a 1hr 30min session, since then I have fallen in love with the work she does on my body I feel relaxed and comfortable around her as well and she is one of the best therapeutic massage therapist I've ever gone to, I've been to other therapists some with more experience 15+yrs and some with less experience but respectfully she has been the best I have ever made an appointment with now I can't go anywhere else because I don't receive the same results towards my healing as I've felt with her, keep in m8nd I love deep and hard pressure, please advise her if you need less or more pressure during your session for your own comfort as for me the way she works me is perfect from now on kisha is the only massage therapist for this body and my healing process.

WOW! I finally found the perfect massage. Wendy is magnificent, her ability to identify the right spots to target, and not just massage them, she works on them and improvement is her goal. My hair was desperately in need of some TLC and Susie Uribe did not disappoint! I discussed my concerns with the condition of my dry and damaged hair with Susie and she assured me that she would take great of my hair to prevent any further damage, while still giving me that iridescent blonde look I was looking for. I left my appointment with hair that was smoother and more hydrated, but most important I left with a plan to continue to reverse the damage!

I walked in looking for a place to get my son's hair retwisted and was met by Sammy. He was very kind and professional and gave me the contact info to schedule w/Meek. She is very skilled at what she does, is patient, will answer your questions, and instruct you on after care. She did such a good job that one of my older sons asked if I could take him to get washed and retwisted by her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loctician.

Booked a haircut for my 7yr old son with Ace, as his usual barber no longer works at the place we normally go, and Ace's reviews for kids was promising. I advised on my booking that my son has sensory issues when it comes to clippers and loose hair, and he isn't great at sitting still unless he's allowed to have a device to keep his attention. The booking was accepted 20 minutes later, no issues.
Fast forward to today, we arrive a couple minutes early and Ace was ready for us. Station clean and prepped. Greeting was friendly and my son (surprisingly) hopped right up into the chair, no issues. And wouldn't you know it? Ace listened to my notes and was prepared for them. The smock he put on my child had armholes to allow him access to his device so my son could comfortably get his hair cut without getting hair all over his clothes. Not only that, but Ace was also mindful of the excess hair he was cutting off and made sure both my son and his device were free of loose hair at least three times during the cut.
Sorry this is so long, but I truly can't get over how well this man accommodated my son. Lastly, but certainly not the least point, the haircut itself was clean and precise. My son's hair isn't the easiest to manage as he's got several cowlicks in random places, but Ace handled it like the pro he absolutely is. My wife agrees, this is the best haircut our son has ever gotten.

I don’t get my nails done often but now getting them done with Kenzie my acrylics last me 3+ weeks! Always achieves the nails shape and design I ask for! She’s precise, and takes her time doing my nails. She’s a new nail tech and she getting better and better each time I go to her!

I see Holly Meija here, have for years. The salon is friendly and you can feel the warmth and care amongst everyone. Unlike other places. It feels safe secure and a place to feel at home. The salon is roomy and always very very clean. Location is central and easy to get to from West pasco even. You can tell from the patrons they feel the same way and that's probably why this salon and their stylists have so many loyal customers.

Very responsive, and courteous. Seriously, Kohler's pricing and low overhead relative to the others in town makes you think the big name plumbers in town should be investigated for elder abuse.
Advanced Plumbing did the rough-in and finish installation on my master bath remodel. They replaced the tub, shower plumbing, and double sink. They were always on time, professional, and done early. Their work was top-notch. Their communication with me and cooperation with other trades was excellent.
We are very very happy with all of our plumbing fixes! Rob was super accommodating and got us scheduled right away for some fixes in our new house. Cliff showed up timely and put in a ton of work and was very kind and informative. We had three toilets replaced, sinks looked at for repairs, and slow draining tubs. Silverline is the only company I will call for help! I bought an older house and on night one the basement flooded due to roots in the drainage. One thing I can say about Cleaning Masters is that they take their work seriously. I booked a deep cleaning for a move out and they took care of me at a time I needed the assistance.
Not many companies rank very high on customer service these days but they aren't satisfied until the customer is and with that said I highly recommend them to take care of your cleaning needs.

Last year (2018), Greg Senger Construction Inc. orchestrated and built our beautiful 6,896 square foot home (roof-foot-print) in the Tri-Cities, WA. in less than six months.Prior to construction, my wife and I interviewed six custom home builders located in the Tri-Cities and discussed our proposed floor plans & design amenities. We toured custom homes built by these builders and interviewed previous customers. We also researched Better Business Bureau, WA LLI, Banks, & Construction Suppliers to evaluate the builder’s reputation and timely payment of bills.Greg Senger became one of three finalists. Matt did a great job installing a light for our bathroom downstairs. A few days later we had water in our basement. The same day we were putting our dog down. Matt went out of his way to make sure this was taken care off. He after a long day if work, he a squeezed the job in. He installed a sump pump and unplugged the sewer line. He followed up the next day to make sure there was no leaking. Thank You for saving us from a MUCH larger problem!

Tyler was Amazing!! The insurance company wanted to do business with a major company but we were against it. I called dicksenson construction to get an estimate of money and time and they were a lot faster than others. In less than a month of work time my entire kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room got finished. New flooring, new cabinets, new drywall, paint, and trim got finished. I will surely continue to do business with Tyler and his company. Tri-Cities Diamond did an excellent job installing a large island (3' x 10'). They are easy to work with and do everything to make sure the customer is taken care of. It is rare that I am so pleased with an installer. Their price is good and they even had us try the template several ways on the slab to get the look that we liked. It is nice to work with a local installer.

This is the best vet in tri cities hands down! I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and all the staff there are the most caring , sweetest humans. I’ve had to put all of my animals down there through out all these years and even 3 weeks ago and My doctor is Dr Stidum and he truly connects with his patients & truly cares for our animals. Kim at the front desk is a sweetheart also! Not only was everyone so sweet and apologetic of the loss of my dog Bella ( everyone knew her there she was pretty famous on coming in the last year of her life ) I just received a book in the mail about losing an animal and it was personally signed by everyone who works at vista and they wrote such sweet , personalized messages to my Bella and it literally made me bawl my eyes out. I would never recommend any other vet than this one! Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff for all the hard work and caring you do for our fur babies! This is why my whole life I’ve always wanted to be a veterinarian because I always wanted to be like these people who truly care for our fur babies.
We had a great vet care for Mimi and Gizmo. We loved the quick efficient treatment we got. We also had all questions answered.
Our family really enjoys going to this dog wash. The tubs are large enough for my 70lb dog. Tubs are open on both sides so we make fast work of her bath by washing both her right and left side at once. The attendants are always helpful and happy. Every 7th wash is free. Highly recommend!
We love Barks and Bubbles! We take our two Sheepadoodles there to be groomed by Renee, and we couldn’t be happier. First and foremost, we feel completely confident that our dogs are safe, cared for, and truly loved while they’re there. Renee is incredibly kind and clearly has a genuine love for dogs.
She always goes above and beyond, and our dogs look absolutely adorable every time. Even better, they are genuinely excited to go, which says everything. We’re so grateful to have found someone we trust so completely with our pups.

I used to take my dog Maximo to Pet Supplies for grooming, but once we met Krisha, we followed her and never looked back. She has been grooming Maximo for what I think has been almost 1+years now.. Honestly, Maximo only seems to like her when it comes to grooming!
Krisha is incredibly kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. She knows exactly what Maximo dislikes — especially kennels — and always makes sure he feels as comfortable as possible. She’s also very informative and takes the time to communicate everything clearly, which I truly appreciate.

This is not a simple massage as much as it is a healing experience. The atmosphere is soothing and inviting. Amy works through all the muscles, finds the hot spots and works them out. She asks if there are any areas that need attention, but I’m certain you could withhold the information and she would find them herself. She is a master at her craft.
