Krisha is incredibly kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. She knows exactly what Maximo dislikes — especially kennels — and always makes sure he feels as comfortable as possible. She’s also very informative and takes the time to communicate everything clearly, which I truly appreciate.

I came across Lokahi Salon on Google and immediately loved the name, the vibe, the mission, and of course the excellent reviews. Booking my appointment through the website was incredibly easy, and I was able to find a convenient midweek time without any hassle.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, soothing, and genuinely welcoming. Hannah was my stylist, and she was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. She did a beautiful job cutting my hair, adding just enough layering to lighten it without overdoing it.
During the wash, she included a lovely scalp massage that truly helped me relax and fully enjoy the experience. Later, during the blow-dry and styling, she offered me tea. They also have a coffee and tea bar along with a small snack bar, which is such an elegant and thoughtful touch that really elevates the entire visit.
Cutting off that much hair can feel a little dramatic, but I felt completely supported and prepared—and the end result was exactly what I hoped for. Hannah styled my hair beautifully, and by the time I left, I felt amazing. I love my cut and couldn’t be happier.
I can’t wait to return—especially for blowouts and styling before date nights with my husband or special events like photo shoots. I highly, highly recommend this salon, especially if you value a more intimate, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated hair care experience.

Booked a haircut for my 7yr old son with Ace, as his usual barber no longer works at the place we normally go, and Ace's reviews for kids was promising. I advised on my booking that my son has sensory issues when it comes to clippers and loose hair, and he isn't great at sitting still unless he's allowed to have a device to keep his attention. The booking was accepted 20 minutes later, no issues. Fast forward to today, we arrive a couple minutes early and Ace was ready for us. Station clean and prepped. Greeting was friendly and my son (surprisingly) hopped right up into the chair, no issues. And wouldn't you know it? Ace listened to my notes and was prepared for them. The smock he put on my child had armholes to allow him access to his device so my son could comfortably get his hair cut without getting hair all over his clothes. Not only that, but Ace was also mindful of the excess hair he was cutting off and made sure both my son and his device were free of loose hair at least three times during the cut. Sorry this is so long, but I truly can't get over how well this man accommodated my son. Lastly, but certainly not the least point, the haircut itself was clean and precise. My son's hair isn't the easiest to manage as he's got several cowlicks in random places, but Ace handled it like the pro he absolutely is. My wife agrees, this is the best haircut our son has ever gotten. Looks like he has a new barber!

The most caring and considerate woman did my nails tonight. I had a fill. I have been going here since 2025 and plan to continue to make this place my nail place. If you are unhappy they are willing to fix it and meet your expectations. So, Speak up they dont want you leaving feeling uneasy or disappointed. Personally I think they do an amazing job. Andi is so knowledge about foot and leg care. Came in for a pedicure and left with pretty feet but also with the tools necessary to better care for my feet and legs. The foot mouse she recommended leaves my feet feeling so soft I am no longer embarrassed to wear sandals.
I absolutely love going to Paulina for my pedicures ?✨ She is incredibly detailed and really takes her time to make sure everything is done perfectly. What I appreciate the most is how relaxing the whole experience is—she truly makes you feel taken care of from start to finish.
On top of that, she’s so kind and easy to talk to. She always has something interesting to chat about, which makes the appointment fly by in the best way.

I see Holly Meija here, have for years. The salon is friendly and you can feel the warmth and care amongst everyone. Unlike other places. It feels safe secure and a place to feel at home. The salon is roomy and always very very clean. Location is central and easy to get to from West pasco even. You can tell from the patrons they feel the same way and that's probably why this salon and their stylists have so many loyal customers.
I was visiting the area and went to Melissa for a haircut and style. It’s always a chance to try a new stylist when I’m traveling, but Melissa was wonderful! She listened, did exactly what I wanted, and also gave me helpful advice. Next time I am in the area, she is my stylist!

This Day Spa is beautiful, relaxing and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I booked a pedicure. My feet were in rough shape. The pedicure was good but the polish job was not so good. For $95, I was expecting better. Would visit again for other services but not this.
I always enjoy my experience at Orchid Spa, I got gel toes with French tip & rhinestones and I couldn’t be happier. They pay so much attention to detail while making sure I liked everything every step of the way. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming.

Advance was very professional and extremely reasonably priced compared to other plumber's that we have had to use recently. Their quote was spot on and they did not have any hidden charges. We are doing a full bathroom/bedroom remodel after we experienced a flood after coming home from a family vacation. We had chosen to do a majority of the work ourselves. They were very understanding and did not try to pressure us to doing more work than we asked for, like another plumber we had come over. We would and will use them again. And we highly recommend them to anyone who needs a small or large job done!

Cliff showed up timely and put in a ton of work and was very kind and informative. We had three toilets replaced, sinks looked at for repairs, and slow draining tubs. Last year (2018), Greg Senger Construction Inc. orchestrated and built our beautiful 6,896 square foot home (roof-foot-print) in the Tri-Cities, WA. in less than six months.Prior to construction, my wife and I interviewed six custom home builders located in the Tri-Cities and discussed our proposed floor plans & design amenities. We toured custom homes built by these builders and interviewed previous customers. We also researched Better Business Bureau, WA LLI, Banks, & Construction Suppliers to evaluate the builder’s reputation and timely payment of bills.Greg Senger became one of three finalists. Matt did a great job installing a light for our bathroom downstairs. A few days later we had water in our basement. The same day we were putting our dog down. Matt went out of his way to make sure this was taken care off. He after a long day if work, he a squeezed the job in. He installed a sump pump and unplugged the sewer line. He followed up the next day to make sure there was no leaking. Thank You for saving us from a MUCH larger problem!

Tyler was Amazing!! The insurance company wanted to do business with a major company but we were against it. I called dicksenson construction to get an estimate of money and time and they were a lot faster than others. In less than a month of work time my entire kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room got finished. New flooring, new cabinets, new drywall, paint, and trim got finished. I will surely continue to do business with Tyler and his company. I was referred to Justin at ABV when my roommates and I discovered a rat infestation in the crawlspace of our new home. As first-time homeowners (and just a couple of girls) we had no idea what to do and were honestly panicking. Justin came out the very same day, set up traps, and walked us through the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. Within 24 hours, we caught three rats! David the estimator was prompt at the appointment for my estimate. These guys did a great job removing 3 dying birch trees overhanging into my neighbors yard. They worked safely and considerate of the neighbors property as they did my own. They removed the wood, saw dust, small twigs and leaves. I recommend them. There were no surprises.

Dr Hawkins was great and I felt confident in my treatment plan after discussing with her. Daniel my hygenist I have had twice. Very good with his cleaning instruments. You can tell he has years of experience. He is caring about how you feel about your teeth. The office staff goes out of there way to make your appt times. Annie is great and always puts up with me. I am not an easy client who always has a ton of questions and they make me feel comfortable and confident about my teeth.

I had such a great experience! Today was my first time trying the different light therapies and cupping. I am looking forward to seeing how I feel the next few days. My back was incredibly tense and shortly after leaving, I already feel like it's a little less tense. I will definitely be coming back and sharing how I feel after a few more visits!

This is the best vet in tri cities hands down! I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and all the staff there are the most caring , sweetest humans. I’ve had to put all of my animals down there through out all these years and even 3 weeks ago and My doctor is Dr Stidum and he truly connects with his patients & truly cares for our animals. Kim at the front desk is a sweetheart also! Not only was everyone so sweet and apologetic of the loss of my dog Bella ( everyone knew her there she was pretty famous on coming in the last year of her life ) I just received a book in the mail about losing an animal and it was personally signed by everyone who works at vista and they wrote such sweet , personalized messages to my Bella and it literally made me bawl my eyes out. I would never recommend any other vet than this one! Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff for all the hard work and caring you do for our fur babies! This is why my whole life I’ve always wanted to be a veterinarian because I always wanted to be like these people who truly care for our fur babies.
We had a great vet care for Mimi and Gizmo. We loved the quick efficient treatment we got. We also had all questions answered.
Our family really enjoys going to this dog wash. The tubs are large enough for my 70lb dog. Tubs are open on both sides so we make fast work of her bath by washing both her right and left side at once. The attendants are always helpful and happy. Every 7th wash is free. Highly recommend!
We love Barks and Bubbles! We take our two Sheepadoodles there to be groomed by Renee, and we couldn’t be happier. First and foremost, we feel completely confident that our dogs are safe, cared for, and truly loved while they’re there. Renee is incredibly kind and clearly has a genuine love for dogs.
She always goes above and beyond, and our dogs look absolutely adorable every time. Even better, they are genuinely excited to go, which says everything. We’re so grateful to have found someone we trust so completely with our pups.

I used to take my dog Maximo to Pet Supplies for grooming, but once we met Krisha, we followed her and never looked back. She has been grooming Maximo for what I think has been almost 1+years now.. Honestly, Maximo only seems to like her when it comes to grooming!
Krisha is incredibly kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. She knows exactly what Maximo dislikes — especially kennels — and always makes sure he feels as comfortable as possible. She’s also very informative and takes the time to communicate everything clearly, which I truly appreciate.
I absolutely love the way she cuts my fur son’s hair every single time. While the new price may be a little higher than the previous place,it is 100% worth it for the comfort, care, and attention Maximo receives. Knowing he feels safe and happy with her gives me so much peace of mind.

These people are badasses my dogs look great and they are not easy to groom. They both have trust issues, but not at this place.They have a magic touch when it comes to animals and they do a great job.
K9 is great! I have one dog that is reactive - Jenny has earned his trust and is able to groom and trim his nails without issue. My other boy has a problem with is anal glands and I can get them expressed at K9 - it is easy to get an appointment and the cost is a fraction of the vet.

Ok, people...this guy knows his stuff! I wish there were 6 stars. Not only did I get the best medium/deep tissue massage, but Dorian added in muscle scraping along with hot stones. Absolutely amazing 👏 his fingers work every muscle fiber and the pressure stays steady and releases just when you need it to. I only paid for 90 minutes and hot stone was free...he worked an extra 10 minutes without me asking or paying extra. Very very good massage and beautiful therapy rooms. Very clean. I highly recommend!

WOW! I finally found the perfect massage. Wendy is magnificent, her ability to identify the right spots to target, and not just massage them, she works on them and improvement is her goal. All of this with a fun nice personality, such a relaxing presence about her. I’ve used so many masseuses in the Seattle area and I will drive back here before I will go somewhere over there again.

She really knows how to work out deep, stubborn knots and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. This is not a simple massage as much as it is a healing experience. The atmosphere is soothing and inviting. Amy works through all the muscles, finds the hot spots and works them out. She asks if there are any areas that need attention, but I’m certain you could withhold the information and she would find them herself. She is a master at her craft.
