Great first experience with this injury massage therapist Actual Healing. I have had one of the issues identified in his services as Short Leg Syndrome and being going continuously to a chiropractor and wearing a lift in my shoe. This was after a hip replacement in one hip. This therapist, Walt, got both of my legs the same leg almost immediately and gave me exercises which I now do to keep the issue corrected. I will be going back to him for other issues. Would very much recommend - Five Stars!

What really got me was the consistency. A lot of places start strong and then slowly fall apart—this one stayed locked in the whole time. You can tell there’s real pride behind what they do.
Also, zero pressure, zero upselling, and zero nonsense. Just solid work and people who know what they’re doing… which is apparently rare these days.

She has done a fabulous job coloring my no longer-so-naturally-blonde hair ?. I used to get roots done with foils. Not anymore. She works her magic without foils and it looks better than ever! Casandra listens to what you want (without judging) and follows through. I thoroughly enjoy our conversations and always leave happy. Feel grateful to have found her. Highly recommend.

Since Jen left, they have hired a new girl named Claire. I have NEVER had a stylist do my hair so perfectly!!! This was my first visit with her and my expectations weren't too high since she's never done my hair before, but I was wrong! She was able to color correct all my box dye that was built up in my hair just in the matter of 4 hours. It was unbelievable. My hair turned out even better than what I was expecting. When she cut my hair she really made sure it was the length I wanted before she made that first cut. Claire made me feel so comfortable and I felt listened to. Also, the pricing is unbeatable. Have been there for a haircut and making my hair blonde. The staff is cery relaxed and I do not feel out of place like I do at most salons. The decor is very western and they have a tv for when they need to do some processing at the sinks. Prices are very reasonable and am excited for my next appt!!!
Lacy is awesome! She took excellent care of my hair. I am very happy with my results. I wanted to bring my summer blonde down to a more natural looking shade and give it some depth. She put in low lights and highlights that gave me the exact result I was looking for. She also respected my request not to cut too much of my hair off. She is a very nice, personable lady who is also a very talented hair colorist/stylist. I expressed to her that one of the reasons I chose to see her was due to the way she handled a negative review she received. She laughed and said she had tried to get it removed due to the photos not being what she did. The photos are what that ladies hair looked like before she saw her. I've been going to serendipity for 2 years now. The owner / my stylist is sweetest person. I love the automated appointment setting. I've been going to Aaron' since moving to West Richland in 2015. Having been to many barbershops in the area, I liked the service and results. Although Aaron moved the business to Pasco, I am still driving to his shop to have my hair cut.
Hair type: I like to have my hair cut short, but a little longer than a "high & tight". I'm in my 60s, and happy with the service Aaron's crew.

You get to watch Perry Mason and manix while getting your hair cut. If you want to talk, they are fun to talk to, but if you don't want to talk it's all good. Can't imagine a better place to get my haircut.

As a type II diabetic, it's important to take good care of my feet due to neuropathy. This was our first time here and have to say I was impressed. I have had pedicures before at other places but Thu was amazing. Very knowledgeable and thorough, did not rush and the treatment was therapeutic. My feet haven't felt that good in a long time. Thank you. I would highly recommend and the wife and I will definitely come back!

We have been looking for a new place to get pedicures in town after our last few places went downhill. We decided to give this place a try and it was amazing! They got us in right away, everyone was super friendly, and they did an amazing job. I was extra impressed by the level of cleanliness, kindness, and attention to detail each technician had. Prices are $20 extra if you get a gel pedicure vs regular polish, but $57 seems to be the standard in town for a basic gel pedicure. This will for sure be our new spot. 10/10 recommend!
I had a manicure and gel nails. The lady that did my nails was very kind and detailed. She listened to my needs with no issues and did a great job. I will come back. The salon was busy and tight but comfortable and all the nail techs seemed happy. Thx for also getting me in fast as a walk-in.

For several years, I have been relying on Jalen & Sons Plumbing, and their services are always top-notch! Matthew, their plumber, is the absolute best! I encountered a problem with my water heater, where the pilot light kept extinguishing, and eventually, it stopped heating water altogether. This all occurred within a year. Throughout this period, Matthew would come over and tinker with the water heater. He ultimately suggested that we should consider getting a new one because the current one was not functioning correctly. I appreciate his honesty and dedication to resolving the problem. I am incredibly grateful to Matthew and the team at Jalen & Sons Plumbing in Richland.
Had a clog kitchen drain, called Eric at Drain Surgeon who was highly recommended. Eric sent his guys out within the hour, they were friendly and knowledgeable. Took them about an hour of hard work, they had to go into the crawl space with their power snake and got the job done. Very fair price and will use them in the future for my plumbing jobs. A+

Kaylee and the team at Rawlings Flooring America are simply a delight to work with. Kaylee immediately pointed my husband and me in the right direction. We originally went in thinking tile was the ONLY option for us, but Kaylee educated us on the different flooring types and ended up saving us thousands of dollars by helping us select some beautiful LVP flooring. The install was quick and easy. Alfredo and Mario are masters in their craft. We couldn't manage to move our sleeper sofa or our solid Georgia hickory china hutch out of the way. They were able to move them as needed and put them back in place when finished. Even better, while removing the old shag carpet, they found beautiful hardwood under the carpet on the stairs. They quickly changed plans, adjusted the pricing (we had planned to put LVP on the stairs as well), and decided to keep the original wood! Overall, a wonderful process! This is a local team that truly cares about their service and craft.

Ted Hill and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work.We had numerous garden beds that needed to be excavated and refilled with basalt.In addition, they grated our horse arena to remove rocks, moved sprinkler heads, and redid our pasture sprinklers.They were courteous and called when they were late or couldn’t make it. They cleaned up afterwards and was really easy to work with.We’ve worked with a few landscaping companies and these guys were the best and the most knowledgeable.

Called for the porcupine to be removed from property, great timing on arrival from time of phone call and quick and professional to catch the porcupine. Definitely 100 star rating in my opinion. Great place to take your animals. Dr. Watson is fantastic, truly an amazing veterinarian. She’s very thorough and takes time to explain details and answer any questions regarding my animals. I never feel rushed through appointments, even with multiple pets. The entire staff is great! My fur babies are always happy to see the same smiling faces year after year. It really is comforting to know they are in good hands. Plus it’s clean, well kept, quiet and doesn’t have an odor like previous places I’ve taken my animals. It was time to say goodbye to one of our dogs. They were awesome here for that. There was no rush they gave you a home style setting and the people that work there we're awesome very kind and very considerate. Not a single complaint and the way our dog reacted to her made us know we had found the right place. Our dog came out looking much better than the other groomers and for less. They got my dog right in on the next business day, which impressed me. I thought they had groomed her before, however I realized later that it was another salon. That didn't matter to them! They asked what I wanted done, I gave them instructions and let them have some lee way if there was any matting. It took 2 hours to get the phone call to pick her up, which to me was great, because other places have kept her half the day before! My baby came out looking like a million bucks, with her hair all blow dried, a flower around her neck and she smelled so fresh and clean! I already have my next appointment scheduled and if she only needs a bath and nails trimmed, then that's what they'll charge me for. We have found our new groomers and I'm happy they are so close by! Great first experience with this injury massage therapist Actual Healing. I have had one of the issues identified in his services as Short Leg Syndrome and being going continuously to a chiropractor and wearing a lift in my shoe. This was after a hip replacement in one hip. This therapist, Walt, got both of my legs the same leg almost immediately and gave me exercises which I now do to keep the issue corrected. I will be going back to him for other issues. Would very much recommend - Five Stars!

What really got me was the consistency. A lot of places start strong and then slowly fall apart—this one stayed locked in the whole time. You can tell there’s real pride behind what they do.
Also, zero pressure, zero upselling, and zero nonsense. Just solid work and people who know what they’re doing… which is apparently rare these days.
