I hired Gravity Plumbing for the installation of a water softener as well as a dish washer. Mitchell was very easy to work with and had fantastic communication from start to finish. While he was installing the water softener, we discovered that my water heater had a pretty severe leak and the tank would also need replaced. I figured we would have to schedule another time for them to come back out to address this new issue, but Mitchell cleared his calendar and called in some backup to knock out that installation as well on the same day. Their work was prompt, and their communication was clear. Hopefully I won't need them again any time soon, but next time I do need a plumber, I will be utilizing Gravity again.

This was my first visit with her and my expectations weren't too high since she's never done my hair before, but I was wrong! She was able to color correct all my box dye that was built up in my hair just in the matter of 4 hours. It was unbelievable. My hair turned out even better than what I was expecting. When she cut my hair she really made sure it was the length I wanted before she made that first cut. Claire made me feel so comfortable and I felt listened to. Also, the pricing is unbeatable. Ive taken my 2 kiddos here a few times and its always an excellent experience. My 6 year old is autistic and it has been difficult at times for us to find him a barber he is comfortable with since he stims quite often and moves around quite a bit. The barber here is second to NONE when it comes to haircuts for my kids. I moved to tri cities from Portland a few years ago and we always had a difficult time with hair cuts. At kids biz salon, the barber has always been patient, friendly, professional, and efficient with hair cuts. I honestly have never felt more comfortable anywhere else when I t comes to haircuts for my kids. As far as the actual hair cuts go, we have always been pleased and feel she does a fantastic job. Prices are very fair and are actually cheaper than what we were used to paying in Portland. I honestly wont take my kids anywhere else to get their hair cuts.

I've been going to Aaron' since moving to West Richland in 2015. Having been to many barbershops in the area, I liked the service and results. Although Aaron moved the business to Pasco, I am still driving to his shop to have my hair cut.

Best barber shop in town. They always get my hair right. They get it done in a reasonable amount of time, and the price is very reasonable. You get to watch Perry Mason and manix while getting your hair cut. If you want to talk, they are fun to talk to, but if you don't want to talk it's all good. Can't imagine a better place to get my haircut.

Ive always been pretty happy with my nails doing everything from basic mani/pedis to acrylics and gels. I’ve had designs and special polish requests for special occasions and celebrations. Glamorous Nails has never failed me. I tried another salon closer to home when I moved to Pasco or when i meet up with someone for a nail date but always go back to Tammy’s. I can always count on being met with a smile and can usually get worked in when i don't have an appointment. These ladies are great.

Went for a pedicure. Upgraded to the luxury pedicure with the hot stone massage for a few dollars more. The salon is very clean and calm. The chairs are a very upgraded massage chair and the features are fabulous. My back feels spectacular. The technician took her time with my nails and I am very satisfied. Lovely experience overall.
As a type II diabetic, it's important to take good care of my feet due to neuropathy. This was our first time here and have to say I was impressed. I have had pedicures before at other places but Thu was amazing. Very knowledgeable and thorough, did not rush and the treatment was therapeutic. My feet haven't felt that good in a long time. My friends and I decided to do matching tattoos inspired by us living in the Pacific Northwest that featured trees and a mountain. When we booked our session our artist took our inspiration and designed the lovely, detailed tattoo she created for us.
I traveled two hours to get this tattoo and she was well worth the travel. The shop is so cute, covy, welcoming and features the tattoo artists artwork which is incredible and beautiful. I have a few tattoos previously to this one and I will say this shop has been my favorite thus far.
As a tattoo artist before our session she made sure we liked the design and made sure our placement was to our liking.

Ted Hill and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work.We had numerous garden beds that needed to be excavated and refilled with basalt.In addition, they grated our horse arena to remove rocks, moved sprinkler heads, and redid our pasture sprinklers.They were courteous and called when they were late or couldn’t make it. They cleaned up afterwards and was really easy to work with.We’ve worked with a few landscaping companies and these guys were the best and the most knowledgeable.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lifetime Dental! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional, truly some of the best I’ve ever experienced, especially at a dental office.
The receptionist greeted me warmly, immediately acknowledged that it was my first visit, and made me feel welcome. She showed me where the complimentary coffee and drinks were located, pointed out the restrooms, and made sure I felt comfortable right away.
When my hygienist came out, she gave me a tour of the office and walked me through the entire process and plan for my appointment. Throughout my visit, other team members would stop by to see if she needed anything, and I was especially impressed by how everyone interacted with one another. You could genuinely tell that the staff and dentists enjoy working together, and that positive atmosphere carries over into the way they care for their patients.
The little extras were such a nice touch: a complimentary warm blanket, paraffin hand treatment, and a great welcome bag! It felt more like a spa experience than a dental appointment.
Most importantly, this was hands down the most comprehensive dental appointment I’ve ever had. Everything was explained thoroughly, nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling like they had taken the time to truly listen and evaluate my needs.

Dr Max was excellent! They were #1 in Yelp reviews so I made an appointment and was very pleased with my results. He was kind, patient, and gentle. He fixed me right up. My neck and shoulders are so much better.

Our vet visit was excellent today (except of course... puppy shots hurt) Tracy was so great with Sassy and the pretty girl at the front desk was friendly and responsive. Now I feel bad that I said anything negative before.
Great place to take your animals. Dr. Watson is fantastic, truly an amazing veterinarian. She’s very thorough and takes time to explain details and answer any questions regarding my animals. I never feel rushed through appointments, even with multiple pets. The entire staff is great! My fur babies are always happy to see the same smiling faces year after year. It really is comforting to know they are in good hands. Plus it’s clean, well kept, quiet and doesn’t have an odor like previous places I’ve taken my animals. Richland Animal Hospital is always my first recommendation to anyone looking for a place to take their pets!
It was time to say goodbye to one of our dogs. They were awesome here for that. There was no rush they gave you a home style setting and the people that work there we're awesome very kind and very considerate. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody if it was time for end of life for your animals.
Excellent service and price. We have a very anxious dog who struggles getting groomed. We’ve had multiple groomers complain and even charge us additional fees. Then we found Shed Happens. Not a single complaint and the way our dog reacted to her made us know we had found the right place. Our dog came out looking much better than the other groomers and for less. We highly recommend this business if you’re looking for a great groomer.
They got my dog right in on the next business day, which impressed me. I thought they had groomed her before, however I realized later that it was another salon. That didn't matter to them! They asked what I wanted done, I gave them instructions and let them have some lee way if there was any matting. It took 2 hours to get the phone call to pick her up, which to me was great, because other places have kept her half the day before! My baby came out looking like a million bucks, with her hair all blow dried, a flower around her neck and she smelled so fresh and clean! I already have my next appointment scheduled and if she only needs a bath and nails trimmed, then that's what they'll charge me for. We have found our new groomers and I'm happy they are so close by! Great first experience with this injury massage therapist Actual Healing. I have had one of the issues identified in his services as Short Leg Syndrome and being going continuously to a chiropractor and wearing a lift in my shoe. This was after a hip replacement in one hip. This therapist, Walt, got both of my legs the same leg almost immediately and gave me exercises which I now do to keep the issue corrected. I will be going back to him for other issues. Would very much recommend - Five Stars!

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve had in the Tri-Cities. Dora, I believe her name was, was extremely professional and clearly knew what she was doing when it came to bodywork. She really worked the areas that needed attention and delivered an excellent massage from start to finish.
