Great first experience with this injury massage therapist Actual Healing. I have had one of the issues identified in his services as Short Leg Syndrome and being going continuously to a chiropractor and wearing a lift in my shoe. This was after a hip replacement in one hip. This therapist, Walt, got both of my legs the same leg almost immediately and gave me exercises which I now do to keep the issue corrected. I will be going back to him for other issues. Would very much recommend - Five Stars!

What really got me was the consistency. A lot of places start strong and then slowly fall apart—this one stayed locked in the whole time. You can tell there’s real pride behind what they do.
Also, zero pressure, zero upselling, and zero nonsense. Just solid work and people who know what they’re doing… which is apparently rare these days.
At this point, I’d trust them with just about anything. If you’re debating trying them out, stop overthinking it—you’ll get it after your first visit.

Moved from the west side a couple of years ago and went on the hunt for my new hair professional. Was lucky enough to eventually find Casandra at Florence Salon. She has done a fabulous job coloring my no longer-so-naturally-blonde hair ?. I used to get roots done with foils. Not anymore. She works her magic without foils and it looks better than ever! Casandra listens to what you want (without judging) and follows through. I thoroughly enjoy our conversations and always leave happy. Feel grateful to have found her. Highly recommend.

Since Jen left, they have hired a new girl named Claire. I have NEVER had a stylist do my hair so perfectly!!! This was my first visit with her and my expectations weren't too high since she's never done my hair before, but I was wrong! She was able to color correct all my box dye that was built up in my hair just in the matter of 4 hours. It was unbelievable. My hair turned out even better than what I was expecting. When she cut my hair she really made sure it was the length I wanted before she made that first cut. Claire made me feel so comfortable and I felt listened to. Also, the pricing is unbeatable. I highly highly highly recommend seeing Claire.

Have been there for a haircut and making my hair blonde. The staff is cery relaxed and I do not feel out of place like I do at most salons. The decor is very western and they have a tv for when they need to do some processing at the sinks. Prices are very reasonable and am excited for my next appt!!!
Lacy is awesome! She took excellent care of my hair. I am very happy with my results. I wanted to bring my summer blonde down to a more natural looking shade and give it some depth. She put in low lights and highlights that gave me the exact result I was looking for. She also respected my request not to cut too much of my hair off. She is a very nice, personable lady who is also a very talented hair colorist/stylist. I expressed to her that one of the reasons I chose to see her was due to the way she handled a negative review she received. She laughed and said she had tried to get it removed due to the photos not being what she did. The photos are what that ladies hair looked like before she saw her. Anyway, I wanted her to know that not all negative reviews result in a negative outcome. I am super happy I chose to see her! I tried posting my before and after photos. I've been going to serendipity for 2 years now. The owner / my stylist is sweetest person. I love the automated appointment setting. I always feel welcome, she listens to what I want done, and she's very professional. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, any age. The gallery is fun to look at. And there's always a jigsaw puzzle going in the corner. Great vibes! I look forward to my next appointment in a few months.

I've been going to Aaron' since moving to West Richland in 2015. Having been to many barbershops in the area, I liked the service and results. Although Aaron moved the business to Pasco, I am still driving to his shop to have my hair cut.
Hair type: I like to have my hair cut short, but a little longer than a "high & tight". I'm in my 60s, and happy with the service Aaron's crew.
Isaac here has been taking care of my haircuts for a bit now as well as my sons. I've always been extremely particular on who touches my hair and i've always found it difficult finding a barber I trust. I trust my guy isaac so much so I come in to get a hair cut with no plan really on what I want for the most part I leave it to him. Easy to talk to as well i'm awkward as hell. Everyone there is extremely friendly and there's also always an offer of the cold water right when you walk in.
Tomas always does a great cut and beard trim whenever I come in. Very chill and nice location close to home for me I’ll be going back to him for his expertise every time!

We have been looking for a new place to get pedicures in town after our last few places went downhill. We decided to give this place a try and it was amazing! They got us in right away, everyone was super friendly, and they did an amazing job. I was extra impressed by the level of cleanliness, kindness, and attention to detail each technician had. Prices are $20 extra if you get a gel pedicure vs regular polish, but $57 seems to be the standard in town for a basic gel pedicure. This will for sure be our new spot. 10/10 recommend!

For several years, I have been relying on Jalen & Sons Plumbing, and their services are always top-notch! Matthew, their plumber, is the absolute best! I encountered a problem with my water heater, where the pilot light kept extinguishing, and eventually, it stopped heating water altogether. This all occurred within a year. Throughout this period, Matthew would come over and tinker with the water heater. He ultimately suggested that we should consider getting a new one because the current one was not functioning correctly. I appreciate his honesty and dedication to resolving the problem. I am incredibly grateful to Matthew and the team at Jalen & Sons Plumbing in Richland.

Rawlings did a wonderful job with my new flooring! After our new house purchase, I wanted to match the current hardwood in the kitchen and run it the length of the living room and hallway. Kaylee was very responsive and helpful to track down the manufacturer. However, when it was determined the hardwood was out of production, Kaylee helped me brainstorm ideas and we decided on laminate. It was a fantastic decision! I love how the new laminate flooring looks. Kaylee also helped me pick out carpet for the bedrooms as well. Kaylee came out to measure multiple times as needed and was able to order and install the flooring before our move in deadline. The installers also did a fantastic job. Alfredo was very respectful and cleaned up after the job was done. He and his crew worked diligently to get it all done perfectly and on time. I would highly recommend Rawlings Flooring America for all flooring needs!

Ted Hill and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work.We had numerous garden beds that needed to be excavated and refilled with basalt.In addition, they grated our horse arena to remove rocks, moved sprinkler heads, and redid our pasture sprinklers.They were courteous and called when they were late or couldn’t make it. They cleaned up afterwards and was really easy to work with.We’ve worked with a few landscaping companies and these guys were the best and the most knowledgeable.
Great customer service and professionalism, I had a porcupine incident vs my dog in my backyard. Called for the porcupine to be removed from property, great timing on arrival from time of phone call and quick and professional to catch the porcupine. Definitely 100 star rating in my opinion. Great place to take your animals. Dr. Watson is fantastic, truly an amazing veterinarian. She’s very thorough and takes time to explain details and answer any questions regarding my animals. I never feel rushed through appointments, even with multiple pets. The entire staff is great! My fur babies are always happy to see the same smiling faces year after year. It really is comforting to know they are in good hands. Plus it’s clean, well kept, quiet and doesn’t have an odor like previous places I’ve taken my animals. Because he is getting too big for me to handle by myself; I brought Marble (Siberian Mix, age 1.5y, size 20 lbs) here on Saturday January 3rd for a nail trim and a sanitary zone shave. Rebecca had him in and done in only 15 minutes. She was able to keep him from getting as stressed and I was amazed! We will definatly be returning for a full service groom when the Spring shedding time comes.
They got my dog right in on the next business day, which impressed me. I thought they had groomed her before, however I realized later that it was another salon. That didn't matter to them! They asked what I wanted done, I gave them instructions and let them have some lee way if there was any matting. It took 2 hours to get the phone call to pick her up, which to me was great, because other places have kept her half the day before! My baby came out looking like a million bucks, with her hair all blow dried, a flower around her neck and she smelled so fresh and clean! I already have my next appointment scheduled and if she only needs a bath and nails trimmed, then that's what they'll charge me for. We have found our new groomers and I'm happy they are so close by! Great first experience with this injury massage therapist Actual Healing. I have had one of the issues identified in his services as Short Leg Syndrome and being going continuously to a chiropractor and wearing a lift in my shoe. This was after a hip replacement in one hip. This therapist, Walt, got both of my legs the same leg almost immediately and gave me exercises which I now do to keep the issue corrected. I will be going back to him for other issues. Would very much recommend - Five Stars!

I chewed tobacco for 40+ years. I went here and after 1 session no more cravings. I was very impressed. I told my son about it and he also went. He is 1 year tobacco free this month. Highly recommend.
I don’t usually leave reviews… but this place forced my hand.
From the start, you can tell they actually care—like, actually care, not the fake “have a nice day” kind. Everything was clean, organized, and done right the first time. No shortcuts, no weird surprises, no “we’ll fix it later” energy.
What really got me was the consistency. A lot of places start strong and then slowly fall apart—this one stayed locked in the whole time. You can tell there’s real pride behind what they do.
Also, zero pressure, zero upselling, and zero nonsense. Just solid work and people who know what they’re doing… which is apparently rare these days.
At this point, I’d trust them with just about anything. If you’re debating trying them out, stop overthinking it—you’ll get it after your first visit.
