From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, soothing, and genuinely welcoming. Hannah was my stylist, and she was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. She did a beautiful job cutting my hair, adding just enough layering to lighten it without overdoing it.

During the wash, she included a lovely scalp massage that truly helped me relax and fully enjoy the experience. Later, during the blow-dry and styling, she offered me tea. They also have a coffee and tea bar along with a small snack bar, which is such an elegant and thoughtful touch that really elevates the entire visit.

Cutting off that much hair can feel a little dramatic, but I felt completely supported and prepared—and the end result was exactly what I hoped for. Hannah styled my hair beautifully, and by the time I left, I felt amazing. I love my cut and couldn’t be happier.
