“When we first moved to the Tricities our home didn’t have gutters. We were new to the area so we didn’t know who to hire to install gutters.
Unfortunately at the time we didn’t know anything about the “10 Points to Hiring the Correct Contractor” that Gutter Kings Construction believes in. We ended up hiring a company recommended by a realtor.
Over time we noticed the gutters were leaking behind the gutters. Also we didn’t ask about having some kind of gutter leaf guards installed either.
Scott from Gutter Kings Construction was recommended to us. We called Kerri at Gutter Kings Construction to see if Scott was available to come out and see if some kind gutter leaf guards could be installed on our existing gutters. Scott advised that our gutters were a facia type gutter and there wasn’t a recommended solution for those type of gutters. Scott advised that in order to fix the leaking gutters and have gutter leaf guards installed it would be best to remove the old leaking gutters and install new ones that would accept gutter leaf guards.
We did our research after that and found there really wasn’t any gutter leaf guards that would work with our existing gutters.
We eventually called Kerri and asked if Scott could come back and give us an estimate to remove our old leaking gutters that usually were filled with leaves and required getting up on a ladder many times each year to clean them out.
Scott came out and did a comprehensive survey of our existing gutters and pointed out the improperly placed downspouts that were directing water near our homes foundation as well. Scott went back to the office and latter that same day Kerri emailed us a comprehensive written estimate to perform the work to remove the existing leaking gutters and install new gutters with gutter leaf guards. We had previously looked at customer reviews and completed job site photos of Gutters Kings Construction work and we decided to hire them.
Kerri called and let us know when the next opening on the schedule was.
When that day arrived they sent out Trent to remove the old leaking gutters and Scott cleaned up the old gutters on the yard and hauled them away.
At that point Trent showed us what the previous gutter installers from the other company had done that caused all the leaking gutter problems and the damage that had been done to our roof flashing.
I asked Trent if I needed to get a new roof installed to repair the problem.
Trent said no that he had a solution that would redirect the water away from all the damaged roof flashing caused by the previous installers from the other company.

“Tri-Cities Roofing, LLC has one of the most efficient crews I've ever seen. I called them for an issue we had on our eves but our entire roof needed to be redone. When they were removing the old shingles it turned out all of the sheeting over our house and everything over the eves in our garage was warping, delaminated, oddly wavy and overall in bad shape. They expertly removed each sheet then almost immediately replaced it. They had one crew working the front and another working the back to tear up and replace the sheeting. They all worked extremely hard. Even though they had to replace all the sheeting they still got the job done in a few days. The third day they only needed a smaller crew since our garage didn't have as much sheeting damage. We were home so we had the pleasure of watching the entire process. They cleaned up nails and debris every night before they left. The roof was installed accurately and looks absolutely beautiful. They even tossed in replacing the roof on our shed to match.

Several of the people working for the company are actually owners. Including 3-4 of the men on the roof. The estimator and manager are also owners. I think this is one of the reasons why they are so efficient. They are all highly invested in doing a great job.
