David was very thorough and explained how he was treating the exterior of the home for spiders and other insects including the upper story of the house. He consulted me on where he would place bait traps for potential rodent intrusion and he would return in a week for follow up treatment and to check the bait traps and the crawl space of the house. It’s too early to say all the treatments were effective long term but everything looks great so far.
David did an excellent job. He showed I up promptly on time and we went right to work and finished in about an hour. He explained the process and let me know that the hornets would be gone in 2 to 3 days. I couldn’t have asked for more from David he was very thorough and I would recommend him to anyone in the future.
