Melissa Waterbury DCNP is not just good, she is very good!. Amazing skill with liquid nitrogen! I had something that looked like skin cancer to me on my face about the size of a dime that was near my eye. It was a rough patch and would bleed easy. She identified it asKeratosis. In the same office visit, she sprayed it with liquid nitrogen. She was very careful not to get any in my eye. A light scab formed over the spot. It looked more like an age spot than a scab. In a few weeks, it was all gone and normal skin again! I had a spot of Keratosis on my arm years earlier. During my path of healing, my skin had taken a toll. So much so, that I didn’t even want to go in public. Lucky for me I met Jennifer Hamilton. I am very picky about who I put my trust into. Especially when it comes to my skin. Jennifer won me over immediately. She took the time needed to explain to me the process of what my skin needed. Answered all of my questions and taught me so much I didn’t know. I have seen Jennifer for multiple facials. She only uses some of the best products for the skin. I had a wonderful experience at Dermatology Solutions in Kennewick, WA. The support staff was friendly and took the fact that I was a few minutes late in stride. This was my first visit and I saw Christy who was very personable and did not seem to be in a rush as many healthcare providers often are. She not only took the time to explain my treatment plan, but also took additional time to connect with me as a person. The office was clean and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Overall, I am very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch dermatological care in the Tri Cities.
