“We just used Riggle plumbing to do a full inspection of our crawl space and look for any leaks or pipes that may be exposed that would require to be insulated during our cold winters to prevent any pipes from freezing. We have not been in the crawl space in 8 years, so it was time. Joel was very professional and very easy to talk to. Found out he lives in the same neighborhood. Love using my prof neighbors. He took the time to look at and answer a few questions I always had about our plumbing and never made me feel rushed or my questions were unfounded. “Sump transfer pump went out. As always, Tri City Plumbing is very professional, honest and responsive. I have been dealing with an issue with our pump and have been unable to use not only all the water down stairs but my sink and dishwasher as well. With Christmas coming, it was going to be a long wait to get the pump situation resolved. Tri City made room in an already long day. Took the time to properly diagnose the problem and perform the repairs. They even waived the diagnostic fee and performed the work. I won't post pictures but believe me they did great work. They are a great value, professional and really work hard to do great work. I appreciate how honest and upfront they are when talking me through the problem and the cost.“
