William did an outstanding job for us as we updated our carpet in our home! He helped us with matching the colors of the carpet to our home interior colors. His help and expertise were invaluable as we made our choice. He even came to our home during his off hours to help make sure the carpet we picked matched the colors scheme and decor. William worked with the manufacturer for timely delivery, and with the installers to make this transition seamless. William is pleasant, professional, and leads with integrity! We will definitely use William in the future, and we recommend William to all our friends and all who read this review.
From start to finish Trish was our salesperson, she provided detailed information and recommendations about several products and designs to fit our needs. She was involved in the initial walk through and final inspection. She was great.

From the moment we walked in, he gave us the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. He was attentive, patient, and took the time to answer every single one of our questions. He walked us through our options, provided pricing, and never made us feel rushed.
We left to get quotes from a few other companies, and William went above and beyond to see if he could match the pricing from a much larger competitor.
