Came with a friend for his first chiropractic adjustment cause he was feeling a little hesitant, Dr Campbell was awesome, he explained the process start to finish, and helped understand the need for adjustments and showed us some stretches and exercises we could do to help with our pain! Super nice staff and helped us quickly! Definitely will come again!

Dr. Brandon did a wonderful job on my first ever visit to a chiropractor. I went in for lower back pain that had began to radiate down my right leg mainly and left on occasion. He was very informative and made sure I understood everything he was doing. He took X-rays and walked me through them before adjusting me. He was gentle enough not to hurt me but firm enough to get some good pops and cracks.After visit one, he explained I may need more adjustment to keep my muscles trained and used to their new positions before I feel the relief I’m looking for. I’m 100000% happy with my visit and I will be back for more. The receptionist was very nice as well ☺️

Dr. Campbell, his team of Licensed Massage Therapists, and office staff are professional and customer service oriented. I no longer live or work in the Tri Cities and yet I keep going back. Thanks, Doc and team, for keeping me upright and moving!
