I researched a lot of other hair salons in the area and read the stylists bios and found that Lokahi was the best fit. I couldn't be any happier!! Upon entering, the salon had such a wonderful feel, it was well decorated, bright and EXTREMELY CLEAN! This is an APPOINTMENT ONLY, and you can book online. I felt like pricing was great and the people here are extremely friendly. Bailey was my stylist and she was warm and kind, such a bright soul! Krystal would come in to take a peep how my hair was going and she was very pleasant to be around. Bailey communicated every step of the way and talked me through what we were doing. This is by far the BEST experience I've ever had. You will not regret coming here!!! If you're in the tri-cities area the drive is worth it! I would also like to note I have asian hair, dark as can be and Bailey did a wonderful job!!!
When I first started going to Krystal 4 years ago, I got worried when she suggested I do some layers around my face to help shape it, as I had a bad experience with a previous hair stylist who botched the layers. I put my trust in Krystal, and she made me feel so beautiful and confident! She has always been very informative and straight forward, and I finally know what type of hair I have because of her and how to care for it! I’ve stuck with her since!
