I had a great first patient appointment. I have been to a few chiropractors before, but I never had an experience like this. Normally some quick pops and sent on my way. I learned at a young age I have a 6th lumbar vertebrae and have been in discomfort most of my life. I am amazed at my relief from one visit. I felt heard and very well taken care of. The staff is friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Adam and his staff are very friendly, relatable and down to earth people. I dislike going to any healthcare provider and everyone is very robotic, scared of performance reviews or audit boogie-monsters cause you’re treated as just another number. Here they take time to ask you questions, get to know you, your family, related with their own stories and experiences. Compare injuries with other cases and treatment options. I like that Adam starts from the feet upwards and gives you a full body exam to find out if maybe there’s a cause along the way to your pain area.
