First time using Horse Heaven Hills and was extremely pleased with the service and care my boy Hudson and myself received. From the time I walked it to the time I picked him back up the service and communication was great. I would recommend this facility to anyone. No it’s time for healing. Was quoted on price and received a refund after the procedure was completed, seems honest!
Always the very best! Kept me informed the whole time. Staff were so kind and allowed me to stay with my dog throughout the sedation and wound repair. Couldn’t have been treated any better!
Everyone was so kind, gentle, and patient with both my anxious dog and me. The staff made sure to communicate everything that would happen clearly and made sure to call me at every step. I was a hot mess and they helped me get through the whole emergency and took such good care of my dog.
