My cat broke his femoral head and after spending 4 hours at another emergency vet and not getting care, we called Horse Heaven and although they were very busy they were able to get us in. It was really nice that we were able to wait at home until we could be seen. Once he was diagnosed we contacted our family vet to inquire about the surgery he needed, they couldn't see us for two weeks! Horse Heaven got us in the very next day. They communicated constantly during the day. They called before surgery and after surgery. They texted X-rays that perfectly explained what was done. Recently we hade Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care come to our home and help our older dog Ash cross over the rainbow bridge. We adopted Ash from POPP 4 years ago and he was already an elderly dog who has a hard life. We gave him a great life over the past 4 years because he deserved it! So we wanted to make sure that he was in his own environment with great care during his final moments. The staff was so amazing with my wife when they came to our home for Ash. They completely explained all the steps and showed amazing compassion. This was a great as experience as one could hope for considering the circumstances! Thank you!

We love our vet. They take the best care of our puppies. Their facility is fantastic with every room designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. The vet technicians are super friendly and great at explaining options for your pet. The vets are very kind and always great with our dogs. We hate having to go for emergencies but trust that our dogs are in the best hands.
