I always have a wonderful experience at Gledhill Family Dental. The staff and doctors are all attentive to my needs and concern. From start to finis, I felt like family ;) The moment I walked in, the ladies up front greeted me with a smile and kind chitchat as I checked in. My hygienist, Christina, had great bedside manner, did an amazing job and took her time to cover everything. Dr Perterson gave me an excellent and thorough check up and I was done in no time. I called today (02/08/23) at 1:07 P.M. and the receptionist gave outstanding service. The individual was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm looking forward to my first appointment with this dentist. I will update this review after my first appointment to reflect the quality of care I receive from the dental team in the office.Update: After two appointments, I'd give this dental office 4/5 stars for the care and treatment I've personally received. The initial appointment was far from ideal, but since then, I've only been treated well, and my teeth have been well taken care of. Plus, the work I've received was fairly priced.

If anyone in Tri-Cities is looking for a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gledhill at Gledhill Dental. I called so many dentists on Saturday because I was experiencing a dental emergency. Dr Gledhill was able to get an assistant to come in first thing on a Sunday morning, over the holiday weekend and help get me out of the worst pain I’ve ever felt. (I am a tough bird, but I don’t do dental pain.) On top of that, they were gracious and kind, explained my next steps. And Dr. Gledhill texted me this evening to follow up and make sure I’m doing okay. I’m personally switching all of my dental care to them. They’ve made a friend/patient for life!
