“My cat broke his femoral head and after spending 4 hours at another emergency vet and not getting care, we called Horse Heaven and although they were very busy they were able to get us in. It was really nice that we were able to wait at home until we could be seen. Once he was diagnosed we contacted our family vet to inquire about the surgery he needed, they couldn't see us for two weeks! Horse Heaven got us in the very next day. They communicated constantly during the day. They called before surgery and after surgery. They texted X-rays that perfectly explained what was done. Their kindness, care, compassion and communication are phenomenal. The facility itself is lovely and very, very comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, caring and competent. I can't recommend them enough! In a very stressful time, they eased our minds and our hearts.“
“Nice place and staff. Only issue is that it's on the bottom floor of the building. So lots of steps or long walk on the ramp to reach the door. So if you have walking issues just be careful“
