I reached out to Cleaning Machine after seeing all the reviews on here, and I am so happy I did! Vince is the type of professional that you want to work with: there was quick & clear communication until the end, he explained everything before beginning, answered any questions I had with no rush, and he was overall very friendly and a joy to converse with. He took his time with cleaning my carpets and I feel so comfortable knowing & physically seeing that I have clean (and fresh smelling!) carpets. I definitely recommend cleaning machine and will be reaching out to Vince whenever I need carpet cleaning or another one of his services.

I could tell that I wanted to work with Vince from the moment I met him. He is dedicated, honest, hard-working, flexible, and upbeat! Vince worked around our schedule constraints of other contractors and needing to get a house on the market. He cleaned all the carpets in a 5000 square-foot house that had not been cleaned for 25 years and did a great job. He also cleaned all the exterior windows which made a big difference in the lightness and brightness of the house. On top of that, his rates were very reasonable. Thank you, Vince for your great job!
