“Sump transfer pump went out. As always, Tri City Plumbing is very professional, honest and responsive. I have been dealing with an issue with our pump and have been unable to use not only all the water down stairs but my sink and dishwasher as well. With Christmas coming, it was going to be a long wait to get the pump situation resolved. Tri City made room in an already long day.
