“I have been going to the Starfit Studio Arlington since August after signing up for a trial. I like the small size of the classes, the kind but tough trainers, and the personalized attention. I also appreciate going to a woman-only studio in which the equipment and workouts are geared toward women. I have increased my strength and flexibility in a very short time! I also recommend the functional nutrition one on one coaching with Rachael.“

“This studio offers a lot of options for classes that fit individual needs. It’s not cheap and not close by to me, but I am still happy to go! I’ve been going to the prenatal yoga classes, which is a class rarely offered by yoga studios in the DC area. Friendly staff and professional instructors that make me feel safe and welcomed!!“

“This place is absolutely amazing! The massages I have received there have left me feeling AMAZING after.My wife has said the same. The owners also go above and beyond to work with you and make sure they are doing what will help you in the massage. My wife is deaf, and the therapist had spent a lot of time getting notecards together so he could adequately communicate with her and work with her for her birthday massage. Truly means the world to both of us with things like that.“

“I finally found my yoga home in DC! It took years of trying other studios here, but Epic is the most unique, supportive, welcoming space I've found here. The space itself is beautiful, but it's the teachers that really make it worthwhile. Amie's "peak pose" class is one of my favorites, it's a great class to deepen your practice and learn new poses. But seriously all of the teachers are great people and bring something unique to their classes.I'm also in their YTT program and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about doing it! They've really put so much thought and research into the coursework and materials. You learn so much about anatomical cueing and sequencing - more than many other programs, I think. I've learned so much from Emma and Amie (the lead teachers + studio owner and director), and feel like this program has really launched a new phase of my yoga journey.“

“I love this little corner of self care. It is truly a huge component in my effort to maintain good mental health in a otherwise quite demanding life! The diversity of classes, affordability, ethical business model, social justice engagement are huge plus for me, but the variety of teachers is what really helped me make this place mine, finding my right class (depending on the week and how I feel). This is my experience with Antonia's Yoga spa class with sound activation by harp artist Yong Kim and hand on assist with Bill. My wife and I started having her come train us during the pandemic and two years in have invested in twice weekly visits up from once a week. She's that good.
