The MIYU space is so beautiful and welcoming. When you enter, you are greeted by a lobby filled with gorgeous natural lighting and thoughtful decor. The pilates class was small and intimate which allowed for a more personalized, intentional, and relaxing experience. The yoga studio is warm and cozy and you can tell the MIYU community is strong and deeply connected. This is not just a studio. It is a space where you feel seen, cared for, and inspired to show up for yourself. I cannot recommend it enough and I look forward to my next experience at the studio!
Clean!!! Friendly staff. Offers variety in instructors and classes. They offer 3 levels of reformer, if you’re an absolute beginner I highly recommend Darina, she’ll get you right.
Been going here for over a year for yoga classes and today just tried a gel mani and loved the whole experience! Going to give some background, but a year ago I began my search to find the perfect studio that fit my needs and after trying over 10 different places, I just knew Miyu was it for me. The ambiance, the energy, the instructors, the flow, it was everything I was looking for and more! The front desk ladies are also all so kind and welcoming!
