Ballston - Spenga is one of my favorite studios to workout. All the instructors and owner Sherry are the best instructors and you’ll never find anywhere else! The studio itself is always clean, all bikes and other equipments are always sanitized. If you are looking for a place that you enjoy working out this is the PLACE!

Great, clean studio! Very friendly and supportive staff and instructors!!I’ve tried nearly every Arlington fitness studio over the years and this one is definitely worth trying out!!I’m by no means a cyclist, and it’s been a couple covid years since I was in my best shape, so I was a bit nervous to try a spin class. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the first class; it’s a great class for all levels! I mean, it’s tough, don’t get me wrong, but it’s attainable and even mostly fun. The coaches walk around and offer modifications and help your adjust your form as needed, which is nice. I love the yoga session at the end to cool down and stretch!

The SPENGA class format is super unique and super enjoyable! I've never been to a spin class before and the 20 minutes of spin at SPENGA was the perfect environment to learn. I was able to get into the spin workout without feeling like I was totally out of my element--I think doing a spin-only class would have been too much for me to start out. The strength portion had some moves that were pretty challenging but modifications were provided for all of them. The yoga was a great way to end the class, and I really enjoyed getting a stretch baked into the workout. All in all I'd try it again!
