Jenn and Michael’s studio is easily the best one in the entire DMV! They are a dynamic duo who team to provide such an invaluable service to all their students and to our community. They both exude positivity, promise, and professionalism in leading their team of excellent teachers and providing the best environment possible for a fulfilling experience. Both my wife and I regularly attend classes and find it such a rewarding way to spend quality time together. The studio, the cadre, and fellow students all harmoniously contribute to a true refuge for total wellbeing.

I joined YogaSteady about two years ago. Although not new to hot yoga, I took a couple of years break because my old yoga studio closed. When I finally decided to rejoin I did it because I was in a lot of pain and very unhappy and I remembered how good I felt when I used to practice. Today, after two years I can confirm that this type of yoga can heal you. There is nothing that I bring to the studio that the practice cannot heal. Such a wonderful, wonderful studio! Completely changed my attitude towards my health and body, and is led by extremely capable instructors! Would recommend over any other yoga studio!
