After experiencing daily migraines (due to a brain tumor/craniotomy recovery), a friend recommended I see Deirdre at the Metta Center since she had experienced relief from Deirdre's craniosacral massages. Now I entrust her as much as my other doctors for my care. Just after last week's session, I noticed an improvement with my headaches, sinuses and even my lower back has felt better! The cozy and intimate yet professional environment at their office also makes me feel comfortable the moment I walk in the door. As my headaches improve, I look forward to changing it up between craniosacral and back massages at my visits to the Metta Center.

The Metta Center is my happy place. I’ve done yoga, massage, orthobionomy, and now Thai massage. Everyone is so knowledgeable, welcoming and warm and the services are exceptional.

Had a 60 min massage at Metta yesterday with Erica. Great location for me, great atmosphere inside spa, super friendly and positive team members. Solid massage for a fair price.. Loved it, will be back.
