Epic is a warm and welcoming yoga community. Great variety of classes from vinyasa flow to pilates and barre. Gorgeous space with brick walls and high ceilings. Instructors are friendly, kind, and will remember your name!

I visited Epic Yoga DC for a Mobility Yoga class focused on supporting healthy, intentional movement through the spine. The class was beautifully guided, the playlist had “Lovers Rock” by Sade, and the instructor incorporated sound healing throughout including a soothing savasana that was exactly what I needed after a long day in the office.

I've practiced yoga at a number of studios over the years, but Epic Yoga truly stands out—not just for its calming space, but for the exceptional talent of the hosts. From the moment you walk in, there's a sense of intention and care that flows through every part of the experience.

The hosts have an extraordinary ability to read the room and tailor each session to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced yogis. Their guidance is grounded, insightful, and refreshingly genuine. They offer clear, thoughtful instruction and make even the most challenging poses feel approachable.
