Impact Your Fitness, led by Jenn, is a business that has made a significant difference in the lives of its clients. They have helped individuals with back issues, enabling them to move with less pain. One client, who had undergone rotator cuff surgery, was assisted in rehabilitating their shoulder and maintaining their ability to walk. Another client, who had undergone a bilateral fasciotomy on their lower legs, received MAT and Rx treatments from Jenn that transformed their life. They went from needing to wear compression socks and sleeping with a pile of pillows to rarely needing compression socks and experiencing improved leg function. Impact Your Fitness's ongoing treatments have also assisted clients in regaining their strength postpartum and addressing other challenging areas of their bodies. Overall, the business is highly recommended due to its personalized and effective approach to fitness and rehabilitation.

I have been working with Jen & the team over at Impact Fitness for several months now. They have revolutionized rehab & treatment. After 2 knee surgeries this is the best I have felt & moved in years.
From their top tier staff, to their state of the art facilities & technology, Impact Fitness can conquer any issues one may be experiencing. Whether it is working Muscle Activation Techniques, using the Neufit machine, or hopping on their Flowpresso Machine for lymphatic drainage, they have it all!
If you are serious about getting healthy & reaching the best version of yourself, this is the place to go!
