I was rear ended in my car on the Beltway in stop and go traffic before Christmas and they were recommended, the initial intake was well thought out and then I was assigned to a paralegal Valery who was very helpful and thorough in getting all the details and the sequence of events. I was directed to a firm that finds a suitable doctor and then physical therapy in your area. Suddenly after a mishap by the doctor's staff (gave my id) to another client who left, I was rescheduled. I called the next day to ask where the forms were and he said don't worry you'll never be seen here again! Unfortunately although the doctor was very nice, the front desk was not very well trained and they cried wolf and sadly I lost an excellent firm because some kid wasn't trained at the doctors. Valery helped me with a few recommendations for help.

I found them on Instagram and DM'd for info & such. They replied right away & was very informative. I was able to get an appt that same day. The second I stepped foot in to this place, I was greeted BY MY NAME! Which I thought was awesome. I didn't have to wait. I got seated right away. Chancy did my nails. I had "hard gel" & though it took forever to remove the hard gel, she was very patient & even asked every 5 seconds if she was hurting me. Which I thought was sweet. Most techs do not care. She did exactly what I wanted! My nails are so small, techs usually cut me. She didn't! The mail salon is clean & beautiful. They have a variety of colors! & I found this place pretty affordable. 10/10. They gained a regular customer!

The salon was really busy with people on the chairs and people waiting but the manager was attentive and made sure we were served at a timely manner. Had a prenatal massage at Spa Mineral today, and really enjoyed it! The masseuse paid special attention to the areas I asked her to, and the pressure was great. The spa amenities were clean and nice. As a pregnant person the only things I could really participate in were the quiet room and women’s lounge, since the sauna and jacuzzi were off limits. All in all, I would return!
If you are struggling with acne, you need to get on Michelina's waitlist. I have struggled with acne for 20 years. I've had various dermatologists and tried all the treatments and so many products but the relief from acne was always short lived. I’m convinced that Daniel the Plumber is the best plumber in Leesburg! My emergency situation was that, on a Saturday morning, the water to my tub and shower wouldn’t turn off, so I had to have the whole house water disconnected. Then my sister recommended Daniel the Plumber— and when he returned my call and realized my drastic situation, he opened a slot for me within 24 hours. Because of the age and deteriorating condition of the hardware, it looked as though only a complete overhaul would fix it, but magically he had parts with him that were able to make it work. Daniel’s rates are more than reasonable compared to what others are charging, and I would happily recommend him to anyone else in need of a master plumber! Thanks, Daniel! After getting ripped off by George the plumber in Aldie,(will review separately), I decided to try Crown plumbing for an urgent but simple issue of replacing a plastic shut off valve for a metal one. Not only were they quick to respond ( on a Sunday!) but completed the repair the very next day. The technician Wes was polite, efficient and easy to work with. Job done in 50 minutes. The other plumber quoted me a price three times more than what they charged!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will use them from now on for All or any plumbing needs. Thank you Crown! We noticed water collecting near our foundation and found the issue was a damaged drain pipe. This company replaced the section and ensured proper flow away from the house. The repair took about a day. Compared to before, water now drains correctly, reducing the risk of damage.

Excellent quality LVP flooring for the price. These floors are substantially thicker than many competing products, durable, attractive, and a great value at about $3/sq ft. Our project was unusual and didn't go exactly as planned. That was our fault -- we ran out of flooring and the color had been discontinued, so we got a replacement that had a different tongue-and-groove system. But they got creative and made it work. I'll definitely call them the next time I need home repairs.

Dr. Sood is always thorough and personable. She does not insist on unnecessary dental work, but always gives you options for any problems you may be having. She also shows a genuine interest in your well being outside of just your teeth.
I had periodontal work done. Gum graft. Very expensive but a thorough job. Cost comparisons from my daughter and my previous surgeries were higher. Couldn’t always understand the instructions given.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Sarah Holdt at CVCA. Our Doberman, Zeus, needed a cardiac evaluation after another facility raised concerns about possible heart enlargement and potential cardiac disease. Naturally, we were very worried, especially because Dobermans can be prone to serious heart conditions.
Dr. Holdt was thorough, knowledgeable, calm, and very clear in explaining Zeus’s results. She performed a detailed evaluation and helped us understand that his heart size and function were normal at this time, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. She also gave us practical guidance for future monitoring, including what symptoms to watch for and how to stay proactive given his breed.
What stood out most was how professional and compassionate she was. She did not rush the appointment, explained everything in a way we could actually understand, and helped us feel much more confident about Zeus’s care plan moving forward.
I would absolutely recommend Dr. Holdt and CVCA to anyone needing a veterinary cardiologist. We are very grateful for the care, clarity, and reassurance she provided.
Went here for my dog almost 2 years ago, doctor andrew was very patient and helpful. Our dog Rocky was very weak and the her body wasn’t accepting the medicine. Had to be put her down so she wasn’t in pain anymore. Dr. Andrew and the whole staff were very supporting through the grieving process and let us stay here with her for a while. Thank you
We brought our dog in from another urgent care facility as her issues seemed to be neurological. The staff at BVNS was very kind and caring. They kept our dog comfortable while preforming their work up on her. Then we talked with Dr. Wood. She very clearly explained our options and we discussed the different scenarios that arise from the options we had. She was very professional and compassionate while working with us during these difficult times. The front desk person, Arlette was also very patient and kindly answered all of our questions as first-time dog owners. Would recomend BVNS and their staff for dogs that need their services.

The staff at the LifeCenter were absolutely amazing. We were forced to drive 40 minutes to them after all of our local ER hospitals turned us away.
Dr.Conway and her assistant Grace came to our house. Both were incredibly compassionate and kind. Our Gracie, a shorkie of 15 yrs. was at her end and Dr. Conway took care of our Gracie and helped her pass so peacefully. Dr. Conway and her assistant Grace are true angels of mercy. I highly recommend them. Saying goodbye to a family pet/ family member is not easy. Dr. Conway comes to your house and beautifully and compassionately assists in guiding your pet over that Rainbow Bridge. She does not rush the process and gives you plenty of time to say goodbye. Doing this at home, was hard, I’m not gonna lie, but our loved ones deserve the best after years of unconditional love and Dr. Conway and Grace are simply the ones to call in these tough situations. I have been taking all my animals since 2009 to this veterinary clinic. The staff is thoughtful and caring . Today I met a nice veterinarian Dr Fabrizi who took the time to explain to me the process of what kidney failure is and how can I make my cats life better. He was understanding and answered all my questions. I will recommend this vet clinic to anyone who cares for their animals ! And even though I live an hour away will not change them for no one. I know my cats and dog will get the best care!
The entire team at Catoctin Vet is amazing. They always make sure our dogs are comfortable and well cared for. They are always very accommodating to our hectic schedule and go above and beyond to ensure the best care for our pets. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else!

I have been bringing my cat to vetco for 4 years now. Regular vet prices are ridiculously astronomical!! If my cat needs a Rabies shot and I bring her to a veterinarian practice,There would be a office visit charge and then charge me 2 to 3 times more to get a rabies shot then it would cost me at Vetco where there is not an office visit charge! So not only have I always had a good experience , To me it is a no brainer regarding pricing. I don't know about other situations when it comes to a cat's health , but if you need vaccinations , injections or just a general check up , you cannot beat Vetco for the money.

When you first walk into this grooming facility, the front lobby is very clean and welcoming. They have a wall filled with pictures, words, and brochures explaining different parts of a dog’s body, which is very informational and helpful. It shows that they truly care about your dog’s health. They also have a wall full of great products you can buy. At the end of your dog’s service, they even give you a report score on how your dog’s body is doing, which I really appreciated.
I brought my two mini doodles here and had a great experience. I have a female Mini Aussie Doodle and a female Mini Bernedoodle, and both came out looking amazing. They got their nails trimmed, their glands expressed, a haircut, and plaque reduction, and my younger dog, the Mini Aussie Doodle, actually stopped booty scooting afterward. Both of them had been itchy lately, so we chose the hypoallergenic scent, and it genuinely helped their itching stop. Their grooming was done really well, their cuts looked perfect, and the plaque reduction made their teeth look great too. I even recommended the place to my cousin, and she took her female Chihuahua in for a nail trim, and they did an amazing job with her too!
I highly recommend any of the groomers at this location! They all do an amazing job!

Last fall I was found to have severe nerve impingement in my lumbar spine, and I was very concerned about my post-operative course and what I could do to help with the recovery process. I was warned that high-impact and heavy lifting could cause further problems. Yes - I was concerned that my future ability to exercise would.be severely limited.
At about the same time period, my daughter began attending Club Pilates in Leesburg and she recommended I try the workouts.
Pilates is exactly what I needed.
As an added bonus, over the next couple of weeks I was surprised at the noticeable muscle definition! I’m still pretty early in my Pilates journey, and I look forward to learning more, gaining strength/stability and a healthier, fitter body.
Lastly: the Pilates instructors are kind, fun, and offer help whenever needed.

I had a wonderful experience with Chris at Massage Hope. He was professional, knowledgeable, and really focused on helping relieve my neck pain and tension. The massage was both therapeutic and relaxing, and I felt so much better afterward. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!
This was my first massage experience and it couldn’t have been more welcoming and comfortable. My therapist Jill did an amazing job. I went in for neck and shoulder pain, and left feeling like I had just spent an hour meditating. This was so good for my body and mind. I highly recommend.
I get sports massage from Jesse. She gives the perfect amount of pressure. I’m a strong man and need a therapist that has strong hands. Her professional technique has really helped both my lower back and my hips. I would recommend Jesse to anyone that needs a true therapist to help solve muscle issues.
PT Solutions offers excellent physical therapy. Zack and Kirsten are very helpful and bring a lot of experience. I enjoy working with them.
I had a back surgery at the end of 2025, and started physical therapy with Jen at Empower at the beginning of March 2026. I could not have recovered as well as I did without her. I would probably still be avoiding lifting milk gallon jugs and all bending.
She is compassionate, easy to work with, funny, and extremely helpful. Highly highly *highly* recommend calling Empower if you need any help.
Both my mother and grandmother have gone here several times for physical therapy, everyone here is extremely kind, patient, and caring. Justin has been my grandmothers physical therapist for over a month now and he’s very patient with her. We also see that she’s doing significantly better than before she started doing physical therapy. The front desk staff is also fantastic, as they make sure my grandma knows when her next appointments are. They’re also very friendly on the phone and quick to answer any questions me and her have. Lastly, the place is extremely clean, I notice that after a patient leaves, they’re quick to clean the equipment that was used. I have no complaints and highly recommend coming here for physical therapy.

She explains in detail all pt exercises before and observes while offering guidance. She is passionate and invested in givong both personal and professional care to improve the quality of life for her patients. After suffering from vertigo caused by a vestibular migraine for 7 weeks, I was desperate for relief. I’d never tried acupuncture before, but a friend recommended it to me. Alana was so helpful and caring, listened to my health history and worries and developed a treatment plan. The treatment itself was not painful. The next morning after my first session, I woke up without feeling dizzy/ seasick for the first time in almost 2 months! I’ve continued sessions with Alana and I’m regaining my energy and stamina, and finally starting to feel more like myself. I’m truly amazed.
