Lee and team did a great job on a waterline replacement, quickly diagnosing and finding the leak, working with the county water folks, and advocating for the best solution. They restored water as quickly as possible with great communication, working until dark. Another customer with a water line leak through HomeServe had a previous contractor fail to locate the shut off or the leak. Within minutes of the referral, Lee called and assigned Carlos, who arrived in 45 minutes, located the leak, shut off the water, and repaired the line in less than an hour. No excavation crew was needed, and the area was restored to better condition. A customer recovering from surgery had a backed-up toilet; Lee arrived in less than 2 hours, unclogged the drain within an hour, cleaned up, and made an adjustment for faster water fill. He explained the recurring problem clearly and suggested a camera inspection. Another customer came home to a burst pipe; Lee came that night, stopped the leak, and repaired it the next morning. Lee and team did a great job on our waterline replacement. Virginia Plumbing Pros receives our highest rating and recommendation. We have a services agreement with HomeServe through Dominion. After a recent snowstorm, we began taking water in our basement. We thought it was due to melting snow. After a few days, we noticed the basement walls were wet. After that, a small pool of water formed in our front yard. Now suspecting a water line leak, we called the HomeServe emergency hotline. They had a “contractor” on site within hours.
