The Mitchell tech did a great job of explaining what he was going to do. He used care not to dirty the inside of the house.(used shoe covers). He placed the traps and explained that a Mitchell tech will be back in about a year to examine the traps.

The technician who came by, Jarris, was excellent. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond what needed to be done. This was for birds nesting in a exhaust pipe vent.
