I’ve been going to Catoctin for years ! This last visit was a last minute “‘emergency “ one of my dogs developed a UTI very quickly and severe symptoms all night . I walked in as soon as they opened and they made sure they could see her within a few hours . Grateful for their help always !
Dr. Metz was super thorough and took a good amount of time to examine my dog, Sampson. She discussed options for medication & treatment plans. Both she & the vet tech (I don’t remember her name) were amazing with my anxious old man. He even let her cut his nails, which were in desperate need!
If I could give Catoctin 11 out of 5 stars, I would. I have brought my 2 Cavaliers (and many cats) to them for the last 5 years - we usually see Dr. Robbins and Dr. Robinson, but have met and had wonderful experiences with all of the doctors, techs and front desk staff over the years. My girls love everyone at Catoctin and actually enjoy going to the vet, thanks to the loving care offered by everyone at the practice.
To go into specifics: The front desk staff are caring, thorough and have gone above and beyond to fit us into the schedule for urgent concerns and to ensure our questions get answered promptly - and have happily accommodated last-minute paperwork requests… read full review
