I highly recommend Optimum Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. I was very skeptical about going to PT after previous bad experiences. From the minute, I met Dr. Shaista Ambreen I was treated with sincerity, gentleness and professionalism. I am her only focus during my scheduled time, and she is not only consistent but educational and helps me understand the process!
