Excellent customer service; quality shave and haircut. My barber was a total professional. I described how I prefer to have my hair cut and he repeated it back to me before getting started. He was pleasant throughout but not overly chatty. I will definitely go back.
I switched to Rooster’s Leesburg after many years at the same place. Excellent decision. I have been going to Rooster’s and Mike for about 6-months. Great place and excellent haircuts. Mike is professional, friendly and does a great job. I recommend Mike and Rooster’s.
The 5 stars are for Alex's integrity and because he took feedback and course corrected very quickly. I appreciate businesses that focus on customer satisfaction. I am a regular for haircuts here but had a very rushed subpar experience on a Sunday (I usually go on weekdays with a different barber - this was an exception). I let them know via their internal survey that I didn't have a good experience and the haircut felt very uneven. Alex reached out very quickly to understand my concerns. I mentioned that I just want a proper haircut. He invited me back and fixed it right away despite a very busy day. Thank you!
