We are happy with Sterling Carpet. We have used them 3 times over the past couple of years to replace all the flooring in our single family house. We had multiple types of flooring and they took up all the old layers so we could eliminate the thresholds and get everything at the same level. Love the results with the LVP. It makes the rooms look much larger and so nice to walk around now. Last job we had completed was a stair runner.Sterling Carpet has been great to work with, very efficient with good communication. Sterling Carpet removed our old carpet and completely installed new hardwood flooring in our living and dining rooms today. They also installed new solid vinyl flooring in our mudroom in addition to a couple of small repairs to complete the job. If we could give them more stars we would. Everyone at Sterling Carpet, from the owner to the scheduler to the installers are first rate professionals in their field. Everything went so smoothly - from helping us to select our product, delivery, showing up on time and completing the job beautifully in record time is a rarity. I recently purchased a home that needed all carpet replaced, Sterling Carpet Shops was incredible to work with. Not only was the team (Kevin) responsive and friendly, but also highly knowledgeable with recommendations. Visiting the showroom was fantastic, there were several samples pulled that I had mentioned to match my preferences due to having pets and aesthetic choices so I could quickly narrow down my top options and see some samples in my space.
