Throughout the process of building our deck, Kenny was truly a delight to work with. He was very communicative throughout the process, keeping us up to date on statuses, costs, etc. Kenny was also professional, caring and punctual. We really felt like he cared about us as clients and people - something you don't find too often.The deck itself is AMAZING. Watching Kenny's team work was spectacular - they worked with such preciseness and efficiency. It was truly a spectacle to watch. Kenny Williams Construction recently completed building a deck for us and we couldn't be happier. Every aspect of the job, from initial design to finished product was done on time and in a very professional manner. Kenny and his brother Dale go to great lengths to make sure that the customer is happy and that there will be no issues with regard to materials or craftmanship in their projects. They started when they said they were going to start and completed the job exactly when they said they would. The job site was left spotless when the job was completed. Kenny Williams Construction built our screened porch about 12 years ago. Kenny Williams convinced us of his strong experience and outstanding customer service. He has continued providing amazing customer service ever since. A few years after installation one of the rails became warped. I called Kenny asking how do I replace that portion? He came over and completed the repairs quickly and professionally at no charge! Another couple of years later the seal around a screen door came undone. Kenny to the rescue again a great job at no charge. Now we are 12 years later and he fixed another minor repair problem magnificently.
