Paul and his entire team at Priority 1 are top notch! This is the 2nd time we have had service done by his company and team and both were major jobs. Paul worked with our insurance company to provide the written estimates they required, and they did a great job installing a brand new PVC drain pipe (under our concrete slab) as well as installing all new plumbing in our 70 year old home. Paul is an honest owner and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Thank you to Paul and his entire Priority 1 Team! Highly recommend!
Honesty.......not a word you get to use very often anymore. But, I can say that Paul from Priority 1 told me that he DID NOT need to jet out my drain. He stated that the cost wasn't going to buy me anything. The pipes are old cast iron. If we don't put anything strange down there, we should be good. So I highly recommend this company to anyone needing help from an honest company.
My water line coming into my home suddenly burst and began flooding my basement. I had the good fortune of engaging the services of Priority 1 Plumbing and Drain Services. Paul, the owner and who has 35 years of experience, personally responded to my residence in less than an hour. He assessed the situation, advised what needed to be done and in less than 24 hours, I had a new pipe and my water back up and running. His team, many who have worked with the company for years, worked as a well-oiled machine.
