The front desk, Erica, and Dr. Cox were all fantastic. I had such a great experience coming here with my cat Kady. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had my 5 month old daughter with me and they were very patient and also so helpful by helping us in and out of the building. They got us in the same day as well which was such a blessing. Pricing was fair and I didn't feel pushed or guilty to spend money. Thank you to all the staff there! We will definitely be coming back to old mill in the future!Also Kady already seems to be at ease with the treatment given! Thank you!

Outstanding veterinary clinic. Their entire wonderful. staff are there either on the phone or in person to take care of the pet and their owner. I drive in from Springfield because there is no other veterinarian I would want to take care of my dog.

Love Old Mill! Been coming here for about 26 years, and the experience is always the best; from the front desk team to the technicians to the doctors, the care is top notch from people who are warm and welcoming. Our dogs Gidget and River love coming to visit all their friends! Thank you, Old Mill, for caring for our family!
